Super Kawaii succulent
I love this super Kawaii “ Bear Paw” cotyledon Tomentosa Bear Paw succulent. The customer service from this vendor is awesome, there was an issue with the plant I received and the vendor went above and beyond to fix the problem. I would definitely purchase again! Plus, it’s a really cute succulent plant that is difficult to find in stores.

Disappointing
I’ve ordered plants online several times and have never been aS disappointed as I am with this plant! Upon opening the plant over 1/2 of the leaves fell off, and the remaining ones look very dull and covered in scars. I would not recommend purchasing.

Can I get a refund?
Didn't have roots. Completely soaked in water was just a bunch of dead leaves super disappointing.

Not good
Really dissatisfied edit: I contacted succulentsbox and they sent me new ones. They are both not perfect but better. They definitely need perking up but I see hope!Edit 8.16.20 my review still stands. All I have is this (see picture)When I ordered from succulents box, every time I got "project plants". You're better off shopping small. More quality control is necessary with plants
