Initially I was impressed. Used it for 3 months and it decides to work sometimes but not others.Very flimsy for the price.

Going to return this if possible. Bit disappointed that I didn’t read the reviews a bit more in-depth. My own fault really for taking the 4 and half star on face value.The camera quality is very poor in both build, picture quality and sound quality.Starting with the picture it feels like if it’s a simulated 2K (1440p) rather than true 2K. Again, my fault for taking it on face value. On my 1440p monitor (also tested on a 1080p monitor) it looks not only grainy in a well lit room but massively pixelated. To give you and idea of just how bad it is I think the very first iPhone could take a better quality video or image.I didn’t buy this for the in-built mic but it’s also very below par. It has a delay to it meaning you’re out of sync with the footage. The camera is plugged straight in so nothing apart from the web cam itself can be causing the issue. Also it’s very quiet even though it’s 45cm away from me and directly facing me.The build quality feels very plasticky and cheap which doesn’t personally bother me but, the point where the camera pivots (on the monitor clip not the supplied tripod) is so loose that the weight of the cable coming out the back of it very easily pulls it out of the position you’ve tired to fix it in.Overall I would just completely avoid this. There are far better products out there and I wish I’d have paid more attention to what I was purchasing.

Update:With more and more use this camera is not all that. It has decent moments but certainly isn't at a 2K standard.At this point I would say buy something else.So far so good. The quality of the camera is decent for the price. There is a slight delay with sound input if you're recording though it is barely noticeable. The ring light makes this cam though, it turns an orginary webcam to a good one.

The plus points: It was easy to set up.The minus points: It feels cheap and plastic. The picture quality was much worse than a webcam I bought over 10 years ago. The refresh rate is slow. The sound is bad too, and coupled with the slow refresh rate my voice is totally out of sync with the picture.I have returned it.Top Tip: Buy something else.

We are very impressed with this little webcam. On unpacking it, there was some initial concern as to the size. It's pretty small, but that in no way impacts on performance. The picture is extremely clear and very high resolution and the lighting ring really helps as long as the cam is set up fairly close.We don't use the in-built mic, so cannot comment on that, but overall, for the price, this little cam is very good value for money.

This camera was bought to use on twitch via Xbox Series X and also on a pc, and the camera works fine.The multiple light levels are toggled via a button on the front and can sufficiently light the user.there was also a small "flap" that is attached by the included sticky pads that gives you a physical flap to cover the lens when not in use, so you don't have to worry that anyone could access the camera when you don't want.

Great product and the tripod is an excellent addition. Super like !

This is supposed to be a 2k image camera . It's not a true 2k. It's an upscaled image fully of edge enhancement. I quickly established this with some software I have. On a 13 inch laptop it's OK, but on a 32 inch screen it's appalling.Tried to set it up on boxing day. No instructions, but it was plug n play. Couldn't get it to work, so tried online support but got referred to Amazon online supprt. It was poor, they simply said we can't help, return it??? Then when I said I'd complain, they put me on hold for 25 minutes then cut me off. Genuinely really saddening to see how poor Amazon has become. Amazon support really let this company down.Overall, a poor webcam, that had no software, so you need to download webcam software in order to do anything really productive with it. It promised so much, but delivered so little. Fine if you want a zoom camera , useless if you require a proper webcam for recording for YouTube or podcasts. Very poor quality.Caveat Empor.

Very easy to install and does exactly what I needed it for:- Can easily be mounted in a 5 seconds on the top of a monitor- Quality is way better than 2 laptops that I have. It's definitely an upgrade.- Plug and play: no software whatsoever, works when plugged in.I wish it will last. This review done after a month of usage and I usually wait few months to review an item to see if durable.P.S. I haven't used the tripod and I don't have the necessity for it now, so I can't tell if it's good.Video quality is my perception compared to what I have (including a brand new Dell laptop). It's subjective.

Bought this for an added camera for zoom meetings now that I work from home, laptop camera was difficult to position with double monitors. The webcam was super easy to use and start up, just plug in. Quality seems good. Good value

This is an affordable webcam. The operative word here is "affordable". The picture quality is grainy at best. Otherwise, it operates as described. I learned a big lesson on this purchase.

I got this camera to replace my logitech one, that was not doing great. I need one with a light to minimize my desk clutter and as I am in the basement light my videos a bit more.Pros:-It looks aesthetically pleasing... actually kind of cute in a robot way-Video quality is good, now people can realize how truly average I look-The tripod is very adjustable so you can set it and angle it how you want it. Legs adjust and has a locking swivel for tilt-The clip that you use to attach to your lap top also works well-The light works with 3 settings and the bright is pretty bright. Range is however a little more limited.-Once privacy lens is on it won't come off it has a good sticker.Cons-The silver ring around the lens broke off when I attached the privacy shield. When I went to flip up it pulled off and now doesn't sit properly-The privacy lens once on won't come off has a good sticker

The camera itself doesn't have a name but the Quality is definitely 2K. Clear and Auto Focus. Bright and effective light. Long enough wire. Best camera for streaming on Xbox One via Twitch yet.
