Love, love, love!!!
I love this product. I was a little skeptical at first since I've tried multi port devices before that were terrible, but I actually really like this one. It's small but powerful, and it doesn't get in my way. I keep it on my coffee table in the living room, and everyone that comes over loves using it. I have it in the corner of the table( taped down just in case. Lol. ) where it doesn't take up much space, but is still easy to reach for everyone. It makes things so much easier when we can all charge our devices at the same time. Also, my family is full of people who constantly lose their square wall chargers, so this simplifies things for us. I don't have to worry about wasting ten minutes trying to find a square when I have this.Pros:- small, portable.- powerful, can easily handle several devices at at a time.-sleek, nice size.Possible Cons:- I haven't had this long, so I don't know how long it will last. But it's worked great so far.- having a lot of devices charging at once slows them down a little, but I suppose that happens no matter what.Overall, I'd say it's definitely worth your money if you have multiple devices that need constant charging, or like me have a large family with lots of phones to keep charged.Disclaimer: I recieved this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own, and are unbiased.

Does exactly what it says it will do!!
Like many people today, I work from home a couple of days a week. I tried five different ways to switch my devices (two HDMI monitors w/ keyboard and mouse) between my home desktop and my work (Dell w/its own docking station) laptop. Although other products claimed to do this, they did not. I knew I had to plug everything into a "Docking Station" that I wanted to switch between computers. Then plug the docking station into the switch. In their description, the other products that claimed to be a Docking Station were not. It is my fault. I tried to go cheap. This was simple. No directions are needed. It worked the first time I plugged everything in. Perfection!!!

Must Buy!
Works like a charm. I think it costs too much compared to laptop dongles that have all the same connections built-in on them, but it does the trick.I connect my laptop, two 27” monitors, and 2 gig SSD. Not sure how future proof this is, but works well enough for me.

Very misleading
The product appears to allow you to connect to 2 HDMI monitors and charge your laptop simultaneously. That is not true. You have to plug one monitor HDMI into your laptop and the other into the docking station, otherwise you will only achieve mirrored monitors. Also it does NOT charge your laptop. This is not a docking station, it is merely a fancy USB splitter. I bought 2 since the first one's plug broke just inserting it into my computer. Will be returning both.

It was working ok but after 6 months it stop working
It was ok to connect two monitors at first but after few months it started to stop working. I have to switch HDMI cable around to make both of screen working. However, now even I switched both of HDMI ports only one side will work. Not sure what is the problem since both of the screen are working fine and all of the connections are ok when plugged in.

Dual 1080P, No Charging, Non-Native Drivers
First off, I'm a business user using this for my company-issued laptop. Previous to this I was using a Dell USB-C dock that lasted 3-4 years before the peripheral USB ports started all dying on me.This dock does not work natively, but rather you need to install drivers to get it to output a display onto your connected monitors. This is a drawback coming from Dell/HP docks that just work as soon as you plug them in. I needed to spend time with overseas tech support requesting permission from them to allow me to install drivers that I am downloading from the internet. This was a massive hassle since they use Display Link drivers you have to download from a third party website. At first the download popped up saying it was verified to Display Link (UK). I had to explain to my company why they should allow me to install these drivers. They agreed, but then a second security popup came after the files were unpacked and ready to install, this time it said unverified and unknown signatures on the drivers and my IT team almost called off the install. If I ever need to format my computer or upgrade laptops, I will need to go through this again.Once installed, setting up the monitors isn't too big of a deal except for the fact that my monitors defaulted to 2k and just stayed as black screens. Going to display properties the setup window naturally went onto the blacked out monitors and I couldn't even see the settings to switch them around. It took a lot of adjusting to get the setup window to display on my laptop screen. I had to systematically unplug the monitors I had already connected. Please note that the max this dock works at is dual 1080P. Anything higher than that just results in black screens. This is listed in the description so I'm not actually taking any stars off, but you should note that it may leave you with black screens when connected to higher resolution monitors requiring some troubleshooting. The connection to your laptop is made via a standard USB-A connector that has an adapter that can convert it to a USB-C connection. I've added a picture of that connection. This will not charge your laptop while connected, and will still require a second cable to be run from your outlet to the laptop. The more I use this, the more I realize how much I miss the simplicity of connecting a single USB-C port and achieving charging and docking all-in-one with no other cables. In my opinion that's an upgrade you would want for simplicity and organization as far as cable management. The device is USB 3.0 rather than 3.1 so that equates to half the bandwidth. Some devices require 3.1 to work, so just make sure you check. Again, this is clearly advertised, but I'm just noting it.The dock is of the standing variety, rather than a lay flat, and the lights are pretty bright. This can be slightly annoying when working at night. Overall the device is fine, and does its intended purpose, but I feel it fails at its price point. For just slightly more you can get a dual 2k dock, with native drivers, that has USB-C charging and only requires a single cord to be run to your laptop. The more I use this dock, the more I regret not spending an extra $20-40 to get all the features that would make me love using it. If you have very simple needs, and no desire to future proof your purchase, then maybe this will work for you. Keep in mind though, that if you're spending 10 hours a day using this for work and may be using it for years, it's probably worth spending a bit more for all the extra features.

Perfect
I have a Lenovo laptop fed by ethernet cable through the Zetta Guard. I also have two 27" curved monitors, a headset w/microphone, and it has more USB ports than I need. I love it. Plugged it in, Windows 10 set it up. I had to do some adjustment in laptop settings to finalize the monitors, easy peasy. This docking port was affordable and has not failed anything I've put it through. Oh yeah, I have a 1TB HD that I hook up occasionally and that works great too....JT
