PVC Line Cover Kit Tubing Cover Accessories for Air Conditioners (4" Elbow)

This worked really well for a mini split. I'm glad I got the 4 inch size. It was a tight fit for mini split lines with 1/2 inch insulation, and pvc drain line. Looks great and easy to install. The flexible part came in handy. I cut the back and fit it over and notched it at the bottom. Used a utility knife for that. The other parts I cut with wiss snips. Drilled holes in back for wider zip ties. Only issue was the corner one didn't snap into place perfectly on one side, but can't notice and all in al very sturdy, and can take hurricane force winds.

Parts were sturdy & fit together well. The straps & elbows screwed to the wall but the lengths, 2 pc., did not but could have added, I did not. The 16.5 length set I bought matched perfect with a 16 foot line set from Pioneer. The last flexi part was not split and had to install from the end. I cut that about in half and left the final foot or so uncovered, just lineset insulation. Good product, not the cheapest but seems quality made.

So first off I’d like to say that any change to the way this mounts would be an improvement. The straight pieces float and are held in place by the couplers. Just go ahead and put screws in the back pieces too. Trust me.The screws included that hold the couplers together are sheet metal screws. They work great. The size is #6 - 1/2” long. I was missing a pack in one of the kits I ordered, no big deal. I ran and grabbed some #6 - 3/4” long screws. Made it easier to pull the couplers together. Not a design flaw just a nice tip.I ordered the 4” version hoping to fit 2 line sets inside. They do fit. The quality of the plastic seems pretty good as well. All in all I’m pretty pleased with the product. Would buy again.

This line set cover had everything I needed, and then some. Install was fairly straightforward once I laid everything out and saw how each piece connects. As an added bonus – the gray matches perfectly to my metal building 👍🏼.

I bought this cover kit as part of a DIY install of a new mini split over a stucco exterior wall. As others reviewers have suggested, I ditched the supplied screws that came in the kit and purchased stainless steel screws to eliminate the possibility of rust later on.The installation was straight forward, cutting the sections was simple with just a hand saw, and the finished results look just as good as any pro installation. This should last for a very long time, no complaints.

Purchased for a mini split install. Based on reviews we opted for the four inch cover instead of the three inch one. After installing We are glad other reviewers talked us into the four inch cover. The four inch provided more room on corners to angle the line without stress. For our install we used nearly the entire kit. Fittings fit good. We did notice there is a color difference in the flex pipe vs the rigid. Not enough to be a concern. Now to give the installation time in the sun to see how the material holds up.To mount the line cover to the wall we used stainless steel screws. We will watch the screws on connectors (including corners) and swap screws if we see any rust start to form.Today, we give this a high recommendation.

Used these to cover the line sets of a Mr.Cool DIY mini split. It looks great, was easy to install and I feel better knowing the lines are protected from the elements.Side note, if you live in an area with wasps or any nesting bug I would buy some spray foam to fill in the ends of these covers to prevent nests from being built. Other than that they are great!

Priced competitively. I used this product instead of the Mr. Cool lineset cover that was offered with my mini split system. The product worka great, is durable, and comes with a good selection of fittings to allow for customizable installation.
