Very happy with this cheese
I've been using parmesan cheese for more than three decades, particularly when I make Italian dishes, and this is about the best shredded Parmesan cheese I've come across. I much prefer it to the cheap stuff you get in the shakers. The overall taste is better, and the longer aging (10 months) makes for a stronger flavor that definitely makes a difference when one is baking a lasagna or other similar dish. This is a relatively low-sodium cheese. a one-tablespoon serving contains just 2% of the DV of sodium.
