One of the best customer service I’ve had with online shopping! The quality of the box was first class. The engraving of the wood was amazing! Very detailed and precise and well centered! Just like in the picture. When a problem in sizing happened they were super easy to contact and responded very quickly to my inquiry. They addressed my concerns and provided a solution which exceeded my expectations. I also loved the personal note attached to the package, My only constructive feedback will be don’t say “hope to see you soon” as this is an unfortunate purchase for a loss. But maybe something like. Our family is here to serve your thru tough times or thank you for trusting us with your family’s last memories. But other that’s just a personal preference. Everything was top of the line and I 100% recommend this. Don’t waste your time surfing thru tons of options like I did. Thank you!

My son and I were so pleased with this when it arrived. I read a lot of reviews and compared many urns before I decided on this one, and I'm glad I did. I especially liked that we could choose those extra couple of lines of engraving to make it more personal and meaningful to us. Every family member and friend who has seen it said it's beautiful, and my son and I agree. Unlike a lot of urns with screws on the bottom, this one has a panel that slides to open, and it slides very smoothly. You can tell by the craftsmanship that this company takes pride in their work. First things first this wood is very beautiful! The writing is perfect! But I made a mistake a typo if you will and are replacing my mother's Urn at no charge. I can not even describe the love I have for this company and the compassion the have for their customers ❤ I highly recommend

This Lacquered Rosewood Cremation Urn for human ashes is just beautiful! It is very well made, and the engraving is nicely done. I wanted something nice that wasn't too expensive for my brother's ashes. This is perfect! And having the urn engraved is so much better than purchasing an engraved stick-on label that could call off. Engraving and delivery was very prompt and efficient!

This is a beautiful piece. The finish feels a bit thin and may not be very durable, but it doesn't really need to be for this application. It is a deep-looking, high-luster finish The edges and corners are sharp and square. Feels well-made in the hand. Capacity is good and the bottom cover is a tight, secure fit. Well-designed as the contents were a perfect size and shape to fill the capacity w/o any shifting or stuffing required.

I got this really fast! The shipping was way faster then I expected!! Looks just like the picture! Got this for my mom that passed away recently from covid. Now l have her near me and in a nice safe box! Very worth the money

Craftsmanship is wonderful, and it's obvious that the manufacturer respects my loved ones who have passed. My Mom and my Wife now sit together in my bedroom, watching over me as I sleep. I will bury them one day in their rightful places, but due to the beauty and engraving. I am in no hurry.

It's absolutely beautiful! The shine is gorgeous and the print is perfect. I have no complaints at all. The bottom slides open with ease and has plenty of room. I received it on time and it was packed strong and secure. I highly recommend this product and company to everyone.
