The perfect gift for you or someone else
In return for supporting me through my exams, I bought the self care kit for my mum and she loved it. The quality of the kit is amazing and my mum was impressed by all the natural, thoughtful contents. She is a real fan of genuine products and particularly enjoyed the mindfulness mediations included and also the reflexology chart. I don’t usually write reviews but she has asked me to write one, as she was very impressed by this product and wants to share this with others.

Excellent gift or treat for yourself!
Bought as a Christmas present. It is beautifully presented, I'll be buying another one for myself to use during my last stages of pregnancy. It's the perfect gift for my busy friend as they can choose to do 1 Self- care ritual a day or take time out to pamper themselves and do all 3 Self-care rituals.

Quality product
Bought this as a Christmas gift and I’m delighted with it. The packaging is lovely and very quick delivery. I go to Geraldine for mindfulness and reflexology so the fact that she has given a link to both inside the kit is fantastic. After a horrendous 2020 this is a perfect me time gift.

Amazing gift
I bought this kit as a birthday gift, it was so well received. I would say this kit is high quality and great value for money. I would highly recommend in fact I am going to get one for myself to use as part of my own self care regime

Not worth the money
For £25 I could have made a better basket of products myself. The bottle of perfumed water had leaked and was sitting in the plastic bag. Two very small tins of product. A card with links to go online for a meditation, something I could have done on YouTube or Spotify. I would pay £10 for this but for the price it's advertised for is definitely not worth it.
