Great gift for kids

Great, except the decorative decals as they did not adhere to the actual animals, so we had to use a 6000 glue. Not a big deal, but when none adhere that means it was manufactured incorrectly.

The kids' club I got these for loved them. They were a little tricky, so a good challenge. But they liked getting to make them just as "stuffed" as they wanted and choosing the thread color/animal. Each animal came with an "instruction book," which was helpful when deciding order (for example: koala grabbed tree in certain places but certain spots had to be left outside of animal). I expected a little more instruction on the knot and stitch steps. It was helpful to have the detail part be stick-on rather than sewing. But the glue adhered to the paper a little too much and sometimes stayed on paper rather than the felt. Overall, though, the kids liked them and enjoyed their accomplishments.

This is a really cute sewing kit. I bought this for my 8 year old. The animal shapes are pre-cut and hole punched. So far, we have only made the giraffe, but it seems like there are enough materials (thread, etc.) to complete all of the animals that are included. I have two complaints about the kit, but they are not deal breakers and easily fixed. One is that some of the extra pieces included to decorate the animals are not fully cut, so it is hard to separate them from the other pieces. The second complaint about the extra pieces is that some of the pieces are not sticky enough by themselves, so you need to add extra glue (we used hot glue). You could easily make these into ornament by adding ribbon at the top.

This kit is adorable. Its fun and simple. My five year old and i completed the parrot pretty quickly. I just guided her a bit on the sewing part so it looked its best. The adhesive parts are definitely sticky! It really held on to the paper backing and we stuggled to get it off. If u dont have fingernails itll be really difficult. I highly recommend this kit to anyone. Its great. Definitely buy it!

I was impressed with the quality and quantity of items for the price. My only reservation is that it is tricky to get the backing off of the adhesion.

All of these animals require a felt sticker or some sort and those stickers, on top of being very difficult to peak without the sticky part being in the wrong side, fell off within the day of light handling.

I purchased these for my grandchildren. They need to improve their coordination and this set helped enormously while proving fun and not frustrating. Great great!
