The cup came in looking well made and the writing was correct and well displayed. It worked as a great gift from me to my husband and he really appreciated the mug. With the design he felt like plenty of room for text and a nice font too so the message didn’t seem too big or small on the side of the mug. Surprisingly the item came very quickly at a pretty busy time of year during Halloween which was appreciated as well. Overall I’d say we were very pleased and would definitely buy it again if I need anything personalised!

The print is clear and a good strong black. The seller replied very quickly to my order and an additional message to request a particular layout of the wording. They sent me by email a picture of the mug as it would be produced, and the suggested layout was just what I wanted. I accepted their design, the mug arrived quickly, and was well packaged for despatch.

I am so pleased with the look, quality and value of this product. Having just restarted painting again for pleasure it was an after thought to have this printed on to a mug. Because I was unable to see the result prior to my mug being delivered I was apprehensive as to what it would be like. So I was so so pleased when it came. It was perfect. Ordered this personalised mug as a Secret Santa gift. I’ve ordered personalised items from other sellers on other platforms before and waited WEEKS! This item was here in a matter of days and it’s perfect!So many large retail brands around these days offering the same product (I’ve used them!) but service and turn around doesn’t compare.Will 100% use again!
