I don't get what makes this special.

No changes so far. It doesn't smell too good.

Not sure if it's working or minimizing acne, started to breakout and I tried this but after using almost half the container I've seen no improvement.

As I slip in to perimenopause, I find myself having breakouts on my face that I haven't had in years. So I've been looking for options to help treat the breakouts and this one was just a miss for me. Wasn't as effective as I needed it to be and I really didn't like the way it felt on my skin.

This appears to be a good acne treatment but it didn't work for my dry, sensitive skin with adult acne.

I often get shaving bumps on my face. When I get tiny cuts while shaving, they will often turn into pimples within a day. Treating those spots with this cream did seem to keep most of the treated razor rash spots from turning into pimples. That's a good result.However, with full-on pimples, I found this had no effect. Obviously, a cream doesn't help with deep-skin acne, but I tried this on epidermal pimples and the pimples did not seem to heal any faster at all. I used it on several different areas for about a week with no noticeable effect. The spots healed on their own in the normal amount of time.So, I can at least say this product can help prevent shaving bumps, but is ineffective on mose acne.

This is a nice face cream that makes your skin softer but I did not notice any difference when using on acne or bumps.
