Q: how to power it on ? just gone mine yester isnt starting.i pullld the plastic thingy out but still not starting

Mine started after pulling the plastic thing out . I may have also twisted the knob around a few times. I have had mine since Easter and it is still keeping time.

Q: what is the shortest length the band can go? Can it fit a slim 2yo?

I'm not sure the exact length but it fits my slim 4 yr old on the second notch.

Q: Would this watch tick loud enough to hear?

If you hold it up to your ear you can hear it but only if you get it right up on your ear. It's not like obscenely loud to where you'd hear it if your arm was hanging down by your waist lol.

Q: Is this watch water resistant?

I don’t think so. It’s a normal watch.
