SuperNutritionWomen's Blend Multi-Vitamin, Iron-Free, 180 Tablets

I have been all around NYC looking to purchase Simply One(women’s) vitamin. Pretty much I was informed of rebranding after another company bought them out.Ecstatic, when I saw on Amazon the new brand name and formula I needed. The iron was taken out of formula; but still seems to give me vital energy and health benefits I need daily.it states 2-3 daily. I do well with 1-2 daily.I worked in corporate America for 17 years and it helped with city life hustle and bustle then into maternal years

I've been using these vitamins, ever since a doctor recommended it for me years ago. The company is known for using the best ingredients and for taking personal pride in making the best product. I find that I do not need to take more than one or to a day, though the recommended dose is six.

I really liked this product and i really like that it contains PABA and Vitex. I do wish it contained more B12. The B6 content is great, except for those with low estrogen. Overall, great supplement though.

Purchased one bottle. So far this product IS making me feel better but I'm giving it 3 stars because I am concerned about the long term use of one of the ingredients: pau d'arco. I have taken this herb before and had been advised that it is not something to take long term. Perhaps I am wrong and I called the company to ask about this but they did not return my call to address the issue so I am posting it here to see if I can maybe get an answer that way? If it IS safe, I would buy it again. If it isn't, I might try to find another vitamin.

About two days after I started these vitamins, I found myself waking up on my own after 8 hours of sleep feeling rested. Normally, I wake up groggy and constantly falling back to sleep until the very last moment. I'm not feeling tired in the afternoons, either. The pills are enormous and it's quite a bit to take, but I take them with a swallow of food instead of water which helps a lot.

In my opinion, one of the best multi-vitamins on the market for women in the 35-55 range. Packed with all kinds of vitamins and extras. Since I started them, my energy level has soared, allowing me to get back into an exercise routine. If you're serious about taking charge of your health, then give this product a shot. The worst that will happen is that you start to feel better. As with any vitamin regimen, you have to be consistent about when & how you take them. The only downfall, if any is that a daily dosage is 6 large pills (3 in the morning & 3 at night). If you don't have a problem swallowing them, then you're okay.

Do not like to take 3 pills every day. Also you did not send me the flavor chewable one.Can you send me return label for the three bottles. I would like to send it all back but I did open one bottle.

From what I remember, these were bulky and I didn't like the taste and to received the daily nutritional requirements you have to take more than 1.
