Viva Doria White Peppercorn, Whole White Pepper, 18 Oz For Grinder Refill

Flavorful and well-balanced

They arrived yesterday. Sell By Date > 2025. Aroma > pleasantly piquant. Taste > Nice, sharp and peppery. So, I loaded my pepper grinder to make a B&W pepper blend. I'm using more (whole) today in a slow cooked Filipino style coconut chicken adobo.

I purchased these along with red, green, and black peppercorns to get a good mixture. Of course, I use this combination in my peppermill daily, but I then made little bags of the mix to give as Christmas Gifts. Buying the mix premade is iffy. Some mixes are heavy on the common black peppercorn and scarce on the red/pink and can be pricey. Purchasing the different colors to make my own mix was more economical and allowed me to get exactly the ratio peppercorns I wanted in a gourmet mix.

it's a huge amount of peppercorns... enough for two or three lifetimes of use... i had no idea there would be so many... very fresh and pungent... and i'll never have to buy pepper ever again :)

This was pure white peppercorns. The Badia white peppercorns I bought last time had a ton of black peppercorns in it.
