If you have another brand you trust, go for that. Look at the back of the bottle and see what other ingredients are added. See what the strength is. Do you have to take one or two? This Sundown Naturals requires you to take 1 capsule daily. It’s other ingredients are: rice brain oil, gelatin, vegetable glycerin, and less than 2% silica and soy lecithin. There is a list of what it doesn’t have, like sugar or artificial flavors.

First of all, research is mixed on if CoQ10 prevents the muscle pain that comes from taking statins. I read the Cochrane review of the results and they conclude that the evidence is weak. I also read a meta analysis of the impact from Mayo which concluded no significant effect but a trend toward a decrease. They suggest more trials.That said, the side effects are pretty mild for most people (although watch it if you have low blood pressure) and I have a couple family members who say it helps with the muscle pain.These are a good choice if you want to take CoQ10 as they are less expensive, are small and easy to swallow.

I did not read the label well enough and Soy is a terminal ingredient for me. This is a soy product.
