A constant companion on my Kindle Reader
I read this book when it came out a couple of years back. I bought many copies and presented it to my close family and friends. I then got the kindle version and now often read it on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook whenever i get a few minutes. I like the format of this book; 2 to 5 pages for a topic which you can read any time. Very insightful and down to earth. I think everybody should read this book and refer back during the course of his life.

Good casual read
Pleasant, often uplifting, but a bit trite in places, somewhat repetitive.

limited knowledge and errors NOT recommended.
I heard a lot about this book and bought it thinking that there might be something interesting in it. However, I found some very common knowledge stuff and limited knowledge and views too. An example is about breathing techniques,he mentions that like babies we should also breathe from our stomachs to calm down but this is not true and scientifically and physiologically problematic too. It is our lung breathing capacity that helps us do strenuous work, deep diving etc. There are many other very common things he mentions which did not appeal to me. I guess this probably reminds me why he always has one style in acting, as not very diverse in knowledge.

Excellent
This book changed my life for good. It is a inspiration for young and old. Life folded in one small book which will teach you alot about yourself and others. Cant wait for another book written by Anupam Kher my favorite author.

Humble and witty inside on life and identity.
Very intriguing read. Given that the self help book genre has long become highly saturated with books, some of which even claim that you can - by some quantum physics law - attract diamond rings or make your boss fire annoying colleagues of yours ( yes, there are such 'gems' out there). This one doesn't promise you that kind of miracles, neither does follow the mainstream narrative of " You can be anything you want to be" mentality. What set this book apart from the rest is that it inspires you by the author's honesty, authentic humbleness and wittiness . You may say that some of the chapters emerge as common sense, but living in a society that is peculiarly anti-common sense, this is exacly what we need. One of the many parts I found unique is that , since it is written by an actor, there are few occasions were he recommends doing some very imaginative exercises - the ones they teach in drama school - in order to find out more about yourself . Urging you to search within. Very good read.
