FAST WITH VERY LITTLE BUFFERING
Bought this for my Nikon Z6 Mirror less camera, I fired 30 frames of 14 bit Raw and had no issues writing to the card. Video recording at 4k was all good and clear imaging and sound . A very good card and very affordable for the size 256gb.

Works fine with a nikon D500, much quickr than uhs-ii v90 SD cards (Lexar & ProGrade) :-)
This may not be the fastest card out there, but a much better minimum write speed than the blue version, and has been fine as the main card in the D500 and the best value was from Amazon.Noting Intergral small print the 64 and 128Gb version have the faster minimum write speeds ;-o128GB is only expected to hold 2.7K full14bit lossless raw / NEF pictures.Have had no problems recording 16 mins/ 16Gb of 4K video, card only just warmDownloading pics directly from the D500, ~300MBs was not that fast so bought one of these CFE type B readers from amazon :https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08J7XF6V4?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details.Speed values from CrystalDisc gave read and write speeds of just over 900MBs - can't really expect much more via usb-C on Dell XPS laptop. During the testing including 4GB transfers, it only got tepid warm, so I do not know what others have been doing to report any 'hot' problems. One 'Odd' note is that in explorer there is no option to eject the card or reader, also it shows up in devices as a Disk Drive 'ASMT ASM236X NVME SCSI Disk Device' so i've just been removing the card when theres no activity / blue indicator led, without any problems to date.Other then that both are recommended items and summing up ; if you have a CFExress camera and want good price performance get one!.

Appears Fast Enough For My R5MkII Video Streams
Excellent value for money, super fast, no issues so far with using it either for video up to 8k60fps or continuous shooting of 45mp stills.

Works with my Z6ii Nikon.
Nikon Z6ii has both styles of card slots but faster transfer speeds (for motion, sport, wildlife) really need CFExpress cards so this is a decent option, not too expensive and with a decent shooting capacity. I've had Integral cards before and they haven't let me down.

Works great for 4k video on a Nikon z6
I bought the Integral 128GB 'professional' grade for 99 GBP to use it on my Nikon z6 for 4k videos.I run all the benchmarks l thought of against the SanDisk Extreme Pro 128GB card which l also have. For some reason, l didn't make Amazon's policy filter for reviews so l'll try this time again uploading just one picture (SanDisk Extreme Pro on the left VS Integral 'professional' grade on the right, again both cards being 128GB).Basically: The Integral card was faster in 3 out of the 4 writing tests l conducted and on par when it comes to reading speeds (i.e. both cards performed similarly on reading tests).I used Diskmard 1GB test. I have a Sony MRWG1 connected directly to the MOBO of my highend PC via Type-C.I also conducted 2 tests of recording 30minutes of continuous 4k video (I set a timer so I could iniciate the 2nd 30minutes test right after the camera stopped recording the first 30 minutes test). All good. No overheating or anything. If your use case scenario is similar to mine (4k video recording up to 1 hour) then this card will serve you well. Finally, when passing files onto my PC (onto a Samsung NVME SSD 250GB) using the aforementioned Sony card reader, Windows explorer shows a sustain writing speed of around 500MB/s. Feel free to atribute those speeds to the card reading slowly (thus bottlenecking the SSD) or the NVME SSD writing at that speed and hence being the bottleneck. All in all, at that price, l'm very satisfied.

This |-----------| close to returning it. I give 4 stars for not having a better instruction.
I purchased this high speed memory so I can shoot videos on my Canon R5. Initially the product will not work as according to the instructions you need a firmware update. How I made a resolution was to insert the card to my camera and utilize the camera's formatting system. The problem was solved with it.
