I was very upset when I received this fabricMy project was over a meter long and because I needed it to be waterproof I didn’t want joins and so I ordered 2mtrsIn all my life of sewing, and I’m 72, I have never been sold 2 separate mtrs.I’ve always been given however many mtrs I’ve asked for in one continuous length😩

i make handbags and i’m trying out some different waterproof fabrics. this is a very light weight fabric so light weight i can read the newspaper through it. the sewing machine took to scrunching it up from time to time but we got there. made a few bags using it as the lining fabric and one as the outer. much better as lining. good to use if you are already using some chunky outer fabric and your worried about the thickness of your seems.

Different colour to what I expected it was much darker than the picture

I needed to make waterproof covers for foam cushions inside two dog beds (puppy leaks without warning when excited), this material has already paid for itself several times over. Material very easy to handle, use and work with; I stitched by hand rather than machine.

Really pleased with this fabric, good value for money, easy to sew looks lovely as new cushion covers for outside bench. Feels quite thin but is strong (I did a few test ‘pokes’ with sharp objects on scraps and it faired well)
