Nice product
It's supposed to be healthy. Soba noodles with wheat and buckwheat. Very easy to cook. They've portioned out the very fine noodles ..2 portions maybe good for 2-3 people..youngsters will need 1.5 portions for each person. The noodles can be tossed into veggies,mushroom,meat,etcHonestly I didn't care too much for these noodles and won't be buying anymore...however healthy

These Soba noodles were very very stale! God knows when it was imported. Please don't buy this garbage and spoil your preparation.
