I ordered this coffee because I was intrigued by the blend of Nicaraguan, Peruvian and Colombian beans. I am so glad I did because this coffee is fantastic! It brews up with the most magnificent aroma. It is very smooth and has a delightful, lingering finish. I ordered the 16oz size to give it a try, but will definitely order the 2lb bag next time around. I could tell as soon as I opened the bag that the beans were super fresh. The product description is very accurate--what you read is what you get in this case (and how rare is that)! Give it a try... it will quickly become one of your favorites.

The beans seem fresh, however they're possibly the lightest roasted coffee beans I've ever seen. Yet as it says on the package it's supposed to be Medium Roast. Maybe I got a bad batch, or the wrong batch? Regardless, I drink coffee black, and still this coffee is so light it tastes like water... And that's with me adding more beans then I usually would.

I am having a cup as I write. This coffee is delicious, and not bitter. You would never realize how good it is from the smell of the beans. Not much aroma, but it packs a punch for bitter free coffee flavor after brewed. I am a 4 cup a day coffee drinker for 30 years and this is one of the best tasting coffees I have ever had.

This was actually really good coffee. I compaired it to three other leading brands, one was organic and the other two were standard beans, this coffee definitely comes out on top. If you are a big coffee drinker, and therefore go through a lot rather quickly, using this brand could become rather pricey. However, I honestly think it's worth it; in my opinion the taste of this coffee was far superior to the other three brands I tried.

I'm not really sure what the other reviewers here were drinking but my expectations were pretty high based on the reviews, however my results were not so good. For starters the coffee is very light, I am not sure the word medium roast should be in the description, it should just be light roast. I found the coffee to be very bitter and have a strong acidic taste. It was so off the mark for me that I thought maybe I had done something wrong will brewing. However, after a few more tries my results were the same each time. In the end it was light, bitter and acidic every time leaving a bad aftertaste.I'm honestly baffled as to how this had a 4.5 start review rating from 380+ people at the time I purchased this that I felt duped. I'm sorry but this coffee is a no go for me. I am trying to see if it's even worth combining with other beans in some ratio because I'd hate to waste the $12 I paid for it. But in the end I'll probably just toss it in the garbage.

My WIFE IS BLIND, BUT SHE SAID IT WAS EXCELLENT and would order it again when she needs more.I myself cannot drink coffee because of health reasons, so I do her ordering but will order it again for my beloved. Because I drink my coffee with cream or as a latte, I need coffee that has a bold flavor to be able to taste it through the milk. I love that it is non-gmo and fairtrade!

Delicious coffee. It is very smooth with absolutely no bitterness. Would definitely buy again.
