Good, sharp knives
Very sharp. I accidentally nicked myself just taking them out of the package! After a few months of regular use I have noticed them becoming slightly duller, but for the price you can't do much better. The paring knife is best for peeling or slicing small soft fruits and veggies where you need a bit more precision, the utility knife is good for peeling or slicing larger soft fruits and veggies like tomatoes, and the chef's knife is best for anything firmer like apples, cucumber, etc. or any kind of meat.

A great set of knives
These knives are awesome. I have not had a set of knives that cut as sharp as these do. If you have difficulty cutting tomatoes into thin slices, then these knives are for you. Just read the directions. You should not use an abrasive sponge on them. Also they can be sharpened. You will not go wrong if you order these. I did order the sheaths that go with them. This way I will not damage the blades.

I'm a professional chef, so I am used to using expensive knives. I got these for my mom for her home kitchen, and she loves them. They are lightweight and easy to store safely in a drawer. Great really sharp knives for the price
Love these knives. Bought a set while staying at my Mom's house who had no sharp knives or a way to sharpen hers, and they are super sharp right out of the package. So I bought another set for my cottage.

Regelmäßig im Einsatz
Ich nutze dieses Messerset täglich. Zu Beginn waren die Klingen extrem scharf, so dass bei Unachtsamkeit meinerseits promt Blut floss... Das große rote Messer verwende ich viel, um rohes Fleisch zu schneiden. Hierbei ist die Klinge recht schnell abgestumpft, so dass die Schneideleistung nachgelassen hat. Das Messerset lässt sich jedoch perfekt mit einem Messerschärfer nachschleifen, so dass die Schneideleistung wieder voll da ist. Ich würde das Set wieder kaufen, auch die Farben und der Schutz für die Klingen sprechen mich an.

Il manico ergonomico è comodissimo.Assolutamente conformi alla descrizione.In alcune recensioni si parla di guaina protettiva per riporli senza rischi, nella mia confezione non c'è, forse si riferiscono al rivestimento della lama che però ovviamente non ricopre il filo, quindi occorre fare attenzione perché sono taglientissimi
