I cannot complain about anything regarding this purchase. It arrived as promised, and was packaged really well. The bottle of gel was specially packaged not to leak -- it had a plastic stopper as well as a screw on cap in place when I received it. The sprayer was included, but not inserted, into the bottle. This is a great idea.I ended up using it for the first time on a lime build up (we have lots of minerals in our well water) on the spill catcher on the water/ice maker dispenser on my fridge (yes, I know it's marketed as a bathroom cleaner, but why not try it elsewhere?). It liquefied the build up in one application, making the spill catcher very easy to clean. I expect to see similar results on the lime build up on my glass shower door and the faucets in my bathrooms.

I have been trying all sorts of shower door cleaners and I just used this on my glass shower door. Hooray!! This product is great. I made sure I followed the directions and it took the hard water stains off . No strong chemical smell just a nice natural grapefruit fragrance. The product is a little pricey but it's worth it. This product can be used on other things but I have only tried it on my shower door. Give it a try!!!!!!

I might have given this product five stars if the sprayer on the bottle sprayed instead of streamed. It seems to clean well in the places where the stream hits and where it runs down, but because it doesn't really disperse over the entire area, it's hard to tell how well it really works. I suppose I'll try to find another spray bottle and pour it in, but really I'd rather it came in an appropriate dispenser. I'm highly sensitive to scents and this barely has one, so that is a plus. However, for $20 it should come with a sprayer that works.

So far this product has produced the results I was looking for. Does a very good job cleaning with minimal scrubbing. Even heavy soiled surfaces were easy to clean with only an occasional second cleaning needed. I would give it 5 stars had I been using longer.

I was looking for a product that could break thru hard water/calcium buildup and clean my tiled shower, shower doors and sinks. All I can say is I am amazed. The product does what it says it will do. I didn't gag on strong fumes, and it easily got rid of the hard water stains. On some really tough spots I let it sit for several hours then took a scrubbing sponge to it. I didn't need to scrub to much, just a bit of encouragement. What I thought was permanent is gone! Nothing else has come close to what this cleaner has been able to do. Not even that brand that is supposed to cut thru all kinds of stuff. After my first use, I ordered 2 more bottles.If I have any suggestions, the sprayer could be a bit better quality, but and cleaning spray bottle at the grocery is inexpensive and reusable... So that's not really an issue.

It’s incredible… I have tried everything on my shower glass doors, I am a cleaning lady and most of my clients want their shower doors like new again and all these years of trying different products this one is the first but I have use that actually works and I don’t have to put any elbow grease until, I truly recommend this product, I’m still shocked and amazed at how well and quick this works

Awful. For the price I would have expected WAY better. So let me list the reasons why I hate it. 1. It didn’t come with a spray nozzle. Luckily I had an extra one 2. It smells like old man socks. Definitely not grapefruit 3. It doesn’t work. I sprayed my shower down with it, it recommended waiting 1 minute before scrubbing, I waited 5-10 minutes to let it really loosen up the scum and hard water spots. Then I scrubbed my life away, to avail. The soap scum and hard water spots are still there. Plus it left a film, so now I have something else to try and scrub off.Save your money and your time and avoid this product.
