So far this seems to be helping me. I have noticed that it takes an hour or 2 before I REALLY notice a difference. But I do feel a difference. I have only been taking one a day. If I don't take it with food, it will give me heartburn. I don't feel dopey. I just feel calm. Not sleepy. Just calm. The last 2 years have been crazy. I have been looking for something to just take the edge off. This helps a lot. I have been taking it for a few months now. I find that it works better if I take at least on everyday instead of just when I need it. I seem to notice the effects more when I do it that way. If it keeps working, I will purchase again. The Ashwagandha alone will make me crazy and my stomach hurt. This combination seems to work well for me.

Effective formula
I purchased this formula because I wanted something that contained Holy Basil. I find this to be an effective part of an overall program of healthy eating, regular exercise (walking), prioritizing sleep, and reducing my usage of devices (mobile phones, tablets), as well as social media. I do notice of difference when I skip a day.

Modest improvement after two months
I did not expect to be turning somersaults after the first week, but I'm not sure these have done a lot for my outlook on life. I have been using them per package directions for two months now. I would say that there is modest improvement, but not so much that I couldn't chalk it up to just the psychological effect of expectations. I just finished the second bottle. I'll see what, if any, difference stopping makes.
