The media could not be loaded.  It is both beautiful and functional, therefore it belongs in my home.We bought a 123yr old house in need of a few updates. One of my biggest issues was that while we have wide open spaces and high ceilings it just felt stuffy: low airflow.This ceiling fan caught my eye with the crystal tree branch theme, dark finishes, and the size. Upon arrival it proved to be exactly as advertised, assembly was a breeze and installation simple enough for most to accomplish. The "branches" do need to be spread out some and they are pretty stubborn.Crystals are clear and shiny with a side perk of creating one heck of a light show if you shine a flashlight on them (this may cause a lot of distractions for you during install... Oh look...... Something SHINY)Instructions were a bit confusing in that they state you cannot use dimmer switches and the remote, has to me one or the other. Well my friends, this just isn't so. We installed on a dimmer switch and were resigned to living like remoteless savages but then it wouldn't turn on (duh duh duuuuuhhhn). After a quick battery run one click with dimmer switch on high the fan magically sprang to life.Some reviews mention noise, we did not experience any squeaks or creaks, just a whoosh of airAirflow issues resolved and if definitely recommend if this aesthetic is a vibe for you

Had this fan installed last month in my office; is beautiful .. ok on speed not great. Since I have it installed in my office; my goal was to circulate air & it does that. Put nice LED light and that provides perfect lighting. Had to tighten the crystals but that is ok.. no complains as the design is unique.Issue is ...within one month of using the remote is iffy; seems something is loose inside as when I turn on the light is flickers and had to press it multiple times for it to be on :(

This ceiling fan is gorgeous and whisper quiet. I wasn't expecting the high end quality for the price. It's stunning when lit. The crystal leaves do a wonderful job reflecting the light when using Edison style bulbs. It's just a beautiful piece to look at. We had no trouble installing. I can't speak of new ceiling fan installation because we were replacing an older ceiling fan. It comes with a adjustable sliding wire hook to make it easier to install. It's heavy! Heavier than our older bigger fan we replaced it with. If you find it's wobbly upon install, adjust the center of balance at the bottom of the neck of the fan by tightening the screw. It also comes with a fan blade weight.The option to use the pull cord or remote.... It's wonky if you use the pull cord then try to use the remote. You may think it's not working properly if you don't understand what's going on. To use the remote, I suggest don't use the pull cord. If you do and find it's not spinning properly, turn off the fan completely with the pull cord then try the remote again. It should work properly. There is no optional pull cord for the light. We set this on a smart switch. If you have the fan and light on and turn off by wall switch, when you turn it back on only the light will turn on and you will need to use the remote (if you chose remote over using pull switch) to turn the fan back on.I love this fan! So do my guests. It creates a romantic atmosphere in our guest room. I bought metalic silver print tree branches curtains to go with this gorgeous fan light. I definitely recommend this fan. It took a bit to put together but instructions were fairly clear. And the round crystal that hangs on the bottom really looks lovely.

It's a beautiful chandelier/fan with a unique design and great price compared to those I've seen in store. I would have to say the down side would be while installing the wires aren't long enough to where if I wanted to use a longer extension pole I can't it's cut to the size it comes with. Other fans usually have longer wires for that option. It does come with an easy use Remote but no battery I took a picture of the battery needed because it's not the regular AAA or AA Batteries.

I knew I wanted something “more” for the bedroom than a ceiling fan. It’s the one room I thought I could get away with something whimsical. This did the trick! It really is lovely and a a little decadent but we flipped the blades to show the light wood and that really toned down the dancing and just made it look beautiful I love the way the light filters threw the crystals. It’s very lovely!

Easily the worse instructions I've run across in the last 20 years of installing near a dozen of these things. Instructions can't even claim "broken English" and the drawings are near useless. Even with an engineering degree, I struggled with this thing for hours. In the end , It was 90% correct and i had several "extra" and unexplained pieces left over. Really?? This is what this company does, would it kill them to pay a student one time to work some better instructions???! Bottom line is that the overall quality was good and the wife loves it but I would not buy from this company again.

The media could not be loaded.  Cons...Poor/vague instructions. Developed squeek but silicon spray helped. Needs to come with a battery. Annoying cheap foam packing gets everywhere.(EDIT)... AND it has a pretty loud 60 cycle humm I can hear from another room.Pros... Decent build/finish quality. Reasonably balanced.Previous fan installation experience is a good idea.
