After having read some of the other reviews about instructions I realized we didn't even read the instructions. We just jumped right in. Husband has worked an action camera before so this was not new to him. Looking at them in hindsight a new user could be intimated but we do feel they are fairly accurate on how to use the camera.This camera is truly ready to go out of the box. It comes with two batteries and a 16 Gb SD card. You don't need anything extra to use it. That is a plus. Nothing extra to buy. Honestly how many other companies in this day and age give you a fully functional item straight out of the box? Not too many.The 1.5 hour battery life times two is some of the longest we've seen out there. We can take this on a Spartan Sprint and have plenty of battery life to get us through. It's even long enough for a Spartan Super. If we're using it to train the WI-Fi capability allows me to use my smartphone to control the camera so I can see that I'm getting the perfect shot.The waterproof case, up to 30 meters, means I can jump into every water obstacle I see and not have to worry. I can also take this on my vacations and get the perfect snorkeling shots. No need to buy another camera. The camera even came with some accessories to help you get started on your adventure filming.Honestly, we get the same quality video as the expensive name brand action camera for half the price. With what I saved I was able to buy a large accessory pack AND another entry into another obstacle course race. Imagine that. This action camera was provided to me for evaluation and without any further obligation.

This is a awesome little action camera. The quality of the video is very good. I took a video on a cloudy, fall day and it is crisp and clear. I love all the additions it comes with - though I am hard pressed so far to figure out how to use it all. It did come with a little card describing the attachments but personally I could use some more detailed instructions or at least a web page to go to to get them - videos would be even better. I can't believe I wrote that as I'm normally NOT an instruction reader at all. Anyway, I think it is wonderful that it comes with two batteries and a micro-SD card. It really did come ready to use! The selfie-stick is great, too. Will be fun to use to get various angles. I haven't used the wifi feature yet but am grateful to have it. Nice alternative to the very expensive brands of this same thing.

It was tough to decide between 4 and 5 stars but ultimately, at this price point, I can give it 5. The normal photos and videos are just so-so quality but under water, the photo and video quality really seem to shine. The buttons are somewhat wonky at times inside the case but they do work and most importantly, the camera stayed dry and worked well, even submerged up to 15-20 feet. If you want a really affordable video recorder/camera for your next vacation, this is a great choice.

price very good camera that has this perfect, good resolution when recording and video about 2 hours apart from your kit brings sumege under water or for use in cars to consideration of the $ 89 it costs to this good if you like to record while weeks landscapes or any kind of sport you practice in my case I use when I go for a walk to the mountains or elsewherevery easy to use and more if you have a smartphone

problem with the slot of micro SD card does not work.

I've ordered several sport cameras recently in hopes of finding one that I love - I race four wheelers & want to be able to watch my races after the day is over - this one is pretty close to perfect for me.Pros-included micro SD card, 16gb (saves about $8 since you don’t have to buy one)-comes with 2 batteries-price, similar functioning cameras are about 4 times more than this one- includes several different mounting options-records 1080p & 720 videos-takes 12mp photos-waterproof housing, because we race rain or shine-size, it’s pretty tiny for such a powerful camera-it does come with an instruction manual to walk you through all the settings, although it’s pretty easy to infer if you play around with it for about 5 minutes-I’ve been testing several other cameras that have the issue of saving a video every minute when on wifi or every 10 min during regular – this camera does not do that. It records the whole video as shot without any problems so I don’t have to edit the videos together later. In a test even when the battery died it saved the video that was recording.-Color options - I choose pink, I thought the guys on my race team wouldn't want to steal my pink camera but it looks like we'll be ordering more pink onesCons-no storage caseOverall, I highly recommend this action camera, it’s affordable & easy to use.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review - this in no way changes how I review a product.
