This came with extra batteries,which was a great surprise! I used this for my husband's birthday and it was a hit! I liked it because it was not as goofy as some of the other birthday hats. This one could be used for other celebrations too!

Quality sucks
As you can see in the picture the snaps on the back dont aline and I cant tighten it on my head at all, plus one the left side it was poorly put together.
