I bought a box of 4 of these Toner Cartridges for my HP1320. The first one worked for about 2 days then began making all sorts of inconsistent changes to my documents, which printed just fine on another printer (WordPerfect, JPegs, Gifs & PDFs) The headings were cut-off, the type would be scrunched down or cut in half. I couldn't believe that a toner cartridge could do that! After a couple of days fighting with the first one, it began to make streaks and giant blocks of black and just finally quit printing altogether anything except for giant blocks of toner! I put another one in and it worked fine for about 4 days and then it started printing the text on the page at a slight angle. I discovered that aspect when I was scanning documents. Then it began with crunching the headings at the top of the page and cutting text off at the top, just like the other one had!!! Go figure! Now I'm debating if I want to spend a fortune on a REAL toner cartridge.

I have an HP3390 and this cartridge works great. However, I get a message that blinks on every 5 seconds and stays for 5 seconds that says "Non HP supply in use" Kind of annoying. Never had a non HP cartridge do this before.

So I bought this item and after medium usage the first cartridge finally ran out after 11 months worked perfectly, installed second cartridge and started having spots and black lines all acros the pages, very disappointed since I thought it only had a 1 year warranty, still contacted the company and within 3 working days I had a replacement at my front door, no questions, great product and customer service, 2 year warranty is great.

This toner cartridge slipped right into my HP printer and the print was just like new......Great item....Thanks,Bill

Within a week of installing the second cartridge of this two-pack I started experiencing toner spotting, splotching, and lighter areas on my printed pages. Now I have to take it out & shake it daily to get an even darkness level of the printing across the page, and am still getting spots & splotches of toner all over the page. I guess re-manufactured toner cartridges aren't such a great deal after all!

The packaging was very secure and complete. Speed of delivery after order was amazing. The two toner cartridges were easy to install and are working just fine in both printers. Everything that was expected has been provided. I highly recommend this product.

I am a teacher and I end up having to produce tens of thousands of copies over the course of a year. I have been buying these cartridges for years and they don't disappoint. The quality is good and you can't beat the price. Granted, I am only printing text so I only really need the finished product to be legible at 400dpi max.

I have had good luck with this brand and try to buy them over other remanufacturers.
