I bought this toy actually was for my boy but not for birds. My boy loves the ceiling fan but cannot have a real one. therefore, this toy server the purpose. thank you very much

Item arrived quickly and is nice enough. However the metal on the chain & attachment seems rather tarnished & I worry about whether it's safe for my little bird.
