Excellent Sensory Learning, Attention Span Building, Creativity & FUN! Ideal 14-36+Months. BUT...
Crayola; My First Crayola; Fingerpaint Kit; Art Tools; 3 Tubes of Paint; 10 Sheets of Paper; WashableBut definitely use finger painting/watercolor specific papers to experience the full potential and benefit of finger painting. Note there's a minus (for some) to this as well which I will write below. Firstly, it gets messy so you want paper that doesn't bleed or soak through. Secondly, the non-absorbent, heavy duty, glossy texture allows for your little ones to experience mixing colors by gliding, smoothing, splatting, etc...The paint itself is water based and is extremely washable. It will come right off pretty much under warm running water. So for those who write negative reviews about both this product AND the finger painting pad, citing that it gets soggy and it doesn't dry quickly - well the point of finger painting at this age is to let them have fun. Art is a crucial and critical component of early childhood development.YES - it WILL get soggy an messy and if it gets too soggy, the paper will eventually tear and rip and so forth. There will be globs and globs of wet splashy paint. If you really insist on keeping it, you can always use dry brushes with your child and "brush" away the globs to aid in drying as you get more creativity into it.My older one now at 3 still loves to finger paint with this product. She enjoyed it at about 14 months and she was extremely sensitive to different textures felt on her hands. My younger one is now 15 months and she hasn't shown any interest yet but kids are all different. But I do know that it is extremely important to allow kids to have fun and get messy.

Fun for the tub...
Bought for my 2 yr old granddaughter. Since she is so young (and this is messy), I use it in the bath tub. She has SO much fun! Please be aware that whatever washcloth you use, it will stain it. I just make sure to use the same one each time. This is used to wash down the tub. In our house, the painting is done after her body and hair is washed. I then pull out the stained washcloth, put globs of paint along the inner walls of the tub, and let her have fun. It comes off of her skin extremely easily. The tub needs a bit more attention. It's totally worth it for the creative fun she has and for the fact that no clothing, aside from the washcloth, is ruined in the process. The colors of the paint are vibrant and eye catching for an artist in training.

Great finger painting kit
My toddler loved these paints. She wasn't too interested in using them as actual finger paints, but was super happy with a cheap paint brush I had laying around. The non toxic factor was nice too, the first thing she decided to do was try the red (probably thought it was ketchup). She quickly learned that the paint was not tasty or yummy and she never put it anywhere near her mouth after her first experience. The paper isn't terrible, it does seem to absorb water out of the paint and get a little soggy in spots, but overall it held up well. I would definitely purchase this kit again. It washed off of all surfaces and clothing easily.

Paint is great
Bought for my 18 month old. The finger-paint colors are bright and vivid, and wash out of clothing and off skin very easily. My son wears the Crayola art smock while painting so there is very little cleanup. The paper that is included is large and good quality. Because the paper is so large, it was folded several times in order to fit in the box, which caused several deep creases throughout. We were able to straighten out some of the creases, but I ended up purchasing large finger-paint paper at a local dept. store, so that we could give my son's artwork to grandparents without his pieces of art being creased and wrinkled. Shipping for this item took much longer than expected. By the time it arrived, I had completely forgotten I had ordered it. I am in the US, and this shipped from UK, so I guess that is to be expected. Would purchase again, but would consider using a US seller or purchasing from a local department store next time.

Love the paint tunes. Kids were able to mix and use easily and with less mess.
Was a birthday present for a 4 year old. It was easy and a lot less mess to clean up after painting.

Overall - like them. I was hoping that colors wouldn’t get messy that fast. So that’s why they don’t keep brightness. The friend of mine had the same ones but those were brighter and a bit thicker, so didn’t get this messy so fast. But if you do give only two colors at a time - everything is pretty nice. My baby is 7 months now, so she really liked these anyways. These are non-toxic, but if you still are worried that baby might eat them - I don’t think she/he will keep on eating after the first taste. They smell like garlic a bit )) my sweetheart didn’t taste them (I’m surprised about that) but she did rub her hands on her mouth a bit, but I was ready for that mess )))) it’s natural. My sweet little maniac liked them anyways! Good experience for a child to practice creativity skills.

I am so happy I gave this paint set a try
I am so happy I gave this paint set a try. True to Crayola standards, it's the best paint I've come across for my two year old. While I do wish a couple more colors came in the set, the three given do offer color combos so if you mix them you will get other colors. I was skeptical at first at just HOW well it would wash out, but to my surprise (and relief) it washes out brilliantly. All I need is a paper towel and water and it comes off her skin and any other surface quite easily. If she gets it on her clothes, all I have to do is wash it and it's good to go. Definitely the best paint set for beggining painters.

Flimsy box - could not be given as a gift
The box that I received from Amazon contained three items. All toys. All three interior boxes were open, flimsy and looked like second hand toys. None could be given as gifts as they looked used. Very disappointed.
