Great knife. Well worth the money
Great knife. Well worth the money. I have a benchmade that I paid over 10 times the price and this knife is close in quality. Great EDC.

Ganzos are the best value for the money for a functional pocket knife.
This is my seventh Ganzo knife. I've found that quality control varies a bit with Ganzo knives in terms of things like smoothness of the axis lock, evenness of blade grind, initial sharpness, and blade centering. However, they're all really good value for what you get, and they respond well to a little polishing of the action with a Dremel tool and sharpening of the blade with a waterstone. This knife was the smoothest out of the box and had decent initial sharpness. The only small issue was that one of the pocket clip screws is longer than others, causing it to stick out of the inside of the liner slightly. It does not touch the blade or interfere with function however. I'll probably take a Dremel grinding wheel and grind it down to length. This model comes a phosphor bronze washer on one side and a nylon washer on the other side of the pivot.I've found the blade steel 440C to be a slight step above the 8cr13moV found in my Spyderco Tenacious in terms of edge retention. However the painted black coating on the blade and hardware doesn't appear to be that durable. The scale texture of this model is nice but makes drawing from the pocket a little too tough. I'll probably go with the smoother texture version (the Ganzo G7392 series) in the future.

It's okay. Probably best as a beater work knife.
Grind is uneven and inconsistent. Steel is a bit soft. Front inch of blade was definitely slightly curving to the right. Good work knife though. I sharpened it up and cut through an entire apartment of carpet.

Everything else is good.
pocket clip screws all popped out first time I used it. screws were to short. I had to gring the G10 down on the clip side to get the screws to bite in the liner. Second Ganzo screw up in 10 or so knives. One has small chip in a blade I removed with a coarse stone. This is still usable, but it shouldn't have happened. Everything else is good.

Budget griptillian
I got this knife because it's style of lock seems it would be the least likely to accidentally disengage. It is basically a knock off griptillan. It takes a really good edge. I set mine at 19 degrees so it is scary sharp.

Great knife for the price
For the price this is an excellent knife. The material making up the blade, handle, etc are all decent to good quality. They look and work nearly identical to their much more expensive cousins.I have bought about 10 different Ganzo's now. They are almost always a bit stiff opening and closing right out of the box.I like to take my knives apart to fine tune them, which reveals some faults with the Ganzos:1. The screws that hold on the scales occasionally cannot be removed and strip. This has been true on at least one screw per knife so far.2. The spring on the axis lock is very stiff. This is what I like to get to to bend to loosen up. there are videos on youtube how to do this.If you are not into taking your knives apart and just want a reliable sturdy knife, these are great.

Well done Gonzo knifes
Great knife. Absolutely. Compared to $160 knife this is just as nice and is doing just as good of a job for 10% of the cost.
