This is a wonderful blade. I am new to stuffing deer sausage. It worked too my expectations.

Works great, stuffed lots of sausage with it last weekend. Mot much to review here, other than the fact that it is heavy duty and thick stainless, as advertised. No rust issues for me at all, seems solid.

I seriously doubted this would work, but it surprised me. It allowed a 50 year old meat grinder to double as a sausage stuffer. Worked perfectly, now I just need a NFL linebacker to turn the crank....LOLWorked as advertised, I would recommend it to anyone needing this size plate for stuffing.
