Cooling Pillow (Standard)

Doesn't stay cool for as long as expected.

I suffer from overheating at night where I come in contact with my pillow, which results in waking with a headache on the surface in contact with my pillow. This results in having to toss and turn all night. The idea of the pillow was to keep my head cool.The pillow is cool when you first lay down (good). Over a period of half an hour it warms up quickly as it draws the heat from your head. Then it releases the heat back to you and I wake up at the same intervals as before having to turn the pillow over to get a cool surface again. (bad.)Would I recommend this pillow to others? It is a comfortable pillow which holds its shape nicely, but if you suffer as I do, this pillow does not help and I do not recommend it for relief of overheating headaches.Thumbs up for comfort. Thumbs down for cooling.

I was sleeping uncomfortabaly as my previouis Tempurpedic started to resonate head heat. This was a low cost alternative so I took a shot and ordered one. Took a little getting used to but the bottom line is that I've never slept better. It's also more comfortable on the ears for side sleepers. My head is a lot cooler. 5 stars.

Does not stay cool at all. Nice plush pillow but way too much money for a nice plush regular pillow.

I bought this to replace a "worlds best cooling pillow" from a high-end catalog - that pillow was comfortable, but it's cooling feature lasted about 6 weeks and then it became the 'worlds hottest pillow" (it would be radiating heat 3 hours after I got up). That pillow cost 3x what this one does.The Feel Cooler(r) cooling pillow is very supportive - I'm a side sleeper - and very comfortable. The cooling feature is working so far (I do have to turn the pillow as a spot gets warm) and it's not a raging inferno when I get up.I don't think there are any pillows that are 'always cool' for every user, but this is a very good pillow and I'll buy more. Especially at the price.

Although the pillow cools somewhat...it is not that comfortable unless you like hard pillows. Not that big of a fan at over $100 for two pillows.

I was so excited to receive this Cooling Pillow after reading about it. However, it only took a few minutes to realize that there is literally NO SUPPORT for your neck and head with this pillow. Your head will sink right to the bed level. If you're a side sleeper, the same thing will happen and the end of the pillow will fluff up covering your face. I fought much of the night to use this item before I gave up with a raging neck and headache from lack of support. This company really needs to indicate the level of firmness of the pillows they're selling. The cooling concept is good but the rest of the story is not so good.OK - it's then obvious I need to return this item so I start the process only to find out they charge $20.00 more on Amazon versus their website sales for the same exact pillow but offer Free Shipping on Amazon. That might be OK if you're happy with the item and want to keep it. But now it's time to return it. I have to pay return shipping when I feel they didn't adequately describe the pillow i.e. no reference to firmness and support, so return shipping should be on their shoulders. So I pay the return shipping and when I receive the refund, they've deducted $13.58 for their cost to ship it to me in the first place. BUT IT WAS FREE SHIPPING!!!! No where in the item description did it say if I returned it they'd deduct the free shipping! That's like saying "I'm giving you an imaginary $20 bill but if you decide to return it I want a REAL $20 bill!"I'm just totally not happy with the company policies on this item. (Or perhaps I'm just being like my user name - a seahag.) It's such a simple fix, too. Add a level of firmness to the description. Be honest and up front in the return policy on the Amazon website description that shipping will be deducted if returned. Yup, you write it in the paper that accompanies the merchandise but not on Amazon where it can be seen BEFORE we push the Purchase button. It's too late once we receive the merchandise and then read the paper enclosed. Very MISLEADING!Buyer Beware.

Love it! Works Great!! My son is always hot, heats the heat in both the winter and summers, so I got him this pillow for Christmas and he loves it
