Silver Tails Bamboo Charcoal Rectangular Dog Bed Cover, Small/Medium

One, I purchased this for my almost 22 year old cat - she's a little creaky in her hips. When it was delivered, I put it on her favorite cushion, put her on it, and she walked away. About 20 minutes later I looked it, and she was curled up on top, purring. A couple of the 19 year olds now pile on top with her - and she appears to be walking less hesitantly, and is certainly more vocal. All in all, I'm delighted with the purchase. I recommend at least trying it out if you have an elderly animal. I've already recommended the cover to several friends with older pets - dogs and cats!

I bought this for my cat, who is about seventeen years old, and has slowed down considerably over the years. I keep it flat (as flat as it can be) on my bed, where Old Man Kitty Cat sleeps during the day. He likes sleeping on it. The second day of using it, he showed some spunkiness he hasn't displayed in a while, so I believe it is helping him. He is not consistent in his use of it (he is a cat, after all), but when he does sleep on it, he shows signs of feeling somewhat better, meaning that he is a little more active than without the bed.

Didn't seem to control odor. Filling bunched up on one side. Maybe that's why?
