Useless
The media could not be loaded. Apologies for the poor video, but absolutely crap product. After my last one broke I thought spending more for a new one would be better but apparently not. As soon as it turns on the whole thing vibrates so vigorously and the end but doesn’t stay still and spins in circles, barely even does the job it’s supposed to. Returning after 1 use :(

battery compartment will not close
The foamer worked OK, but when the batteries are correctly fitted the battery compartment will not close and you have to tape it up with gaffer tape or something similar. Not good engineering. And this is the trouble - every designer wants a new solution to opening the battery compartment and closing it again when the batteries have been changed/recharged. Result chaos.I liked the stand, something other stirrer/foamers do not supply.

Love it, just one criticism…
This is such a lovely looking little gadget. I have the metallic blue one and got it on sale, and overall am really very happy with it. I purchased it solely for making frappes. It’s so handy and really does the job well. I would definitely recommend it. My only criticism would be that the wand is a bit on the short side. I have another milk frothing gizmo that I had been using for a couple of years before treating myself to this pretty one and my first one has a slightly longer wand, probably only a couple of cm longer, but it honestly does make all the difference. I use 16oz/470ml dome lid cups for my frappes (I keep the lids off prior to frothing, in case that wasn’t obvious), i have experimented with cup sizes too and the 12oz is too small really, but the 12oz cup size would certainly suit the length of this wand better. It’s not too big an issue really, just something I felt was worth a mention. Aesthetically though, this little device is really very nice and has a real high quality look and finish (and performance). Will look fab and come in useful in any kitchen. Get a lot of use for your battery life too, although I guess that depends on what quality batteries you’re using. It’s a feisty little tool though.

Weak engine > problem with 50ml amount
1, The first problem is , it has a weak engine > problem with 50ml amount, my previous was for £5 and last over 5 years, without having issue with 500ml amount.2, The second issue is the battery. I had to use third battery, and I have it several months, whereas my previous one had battery in at least a year or more.3, The third problem is, it stops, or even doesn't go et all when pressed, and you have to press it very hard. Not sure if I am so unlucky with a bad products, but I am disappointed.

Frothing great
Very pleased with the quality, feel and build quality of frother. Does a great job and given its powered by 2 x AA battery's, it produces amazing froth in no time. The manufacturers have really nailed this frother, motor is impressive, feel and handling excellent and cleaning is so simple.

Unfortunately, style over substance
After trying a number of this kind of foamer, and most not lasting long, I thought to go for something with a long guarantee, as this usually means a better quality product. It only has one froth ring, which means, it takes considerably longer to reach the required consistency. And with it being battery operated, means wearing out the battery quicker. Couple of design features that don't work for me, having to hold down the button and the whisk not being detachable for cleaning. Would love to give a better review, but with the price, you do pay more for the design which is great, than quality.

Poor product quality.
Installed the batteries and tried to clip the cover back, wouldn't close. After 5 minutes "wiggling" i finally got the cover to stay in place. The photo shows the gap which is a guaranteed germ trap. I haven't tried it as I'm returning for a full refund. Reading the recent reviews the cover issue is not new.

Faulty after 1 month
This item has become Barely functional after 1 month of light usage. I noticed the other day that the whisk was not as strong and it was sort of flimsy when using , I thought perhaps the battery but what has happened is the connection between the metal and the plastic looks loose but there is no way to tighten it , it doesn’t screw back on etc just looks like it’s come away. Waste of money I’d have been better buying a cheaper one.
