Wouldn’t be without it. Saved me and my whole family from various low key problems. Knees, ankles, wrists. Stays on. Does exactly what it should and there isn’t a product that can do what these do. Great price and quality 🙌

This is my second purchase of this product, and it’s the best support tape I have found yet. I have ehlers Danlos syndrome, hypermobilty and fibromyalgia; and this tape is great at supporting at holding my joints in place and supporting my muscles. I splurged, and bought the 12 pack, as I like the skin coloured one, and there are three in this. I wish you could choose what colours you wanted, but for winter I thought the other colours would be okay as they will be covered by winter clothes, and save the skin coloured one for visible areas. It is cheaper to buy in bulk that in smaller sizes.

Identical product to what I would usually buy from a pharmacy and a third of the price! Lovely colours too.

Way more sticky then another brand I used what I had to change each day after a shower. This stuff stays on! Very happy

Good sticking power however edges fray slightly.

Have tried a lot of versions of this type of tape and these are right up there with more expensive versions. Good elasticity and very strong adhesive, Adhesive quality is what lets down a lot of these tapes as they come away to easy during exercise, not a problem with this version. Waterproofing stands up well as well. Would recommend removing tape whilst soaking in the bath or shower, remove slow and steady. Does leave some 'glue' residue on skin but this is easy to wash off. I will buy again.

It works as it should do, at this price you don't mind using long strips.

I will admit that I've never purchased the name brand kinesiology tape, but I've had it used on me by physical therapists and doctors. When I hurt my foot the last time and knew I'd have to be replacing the tape at home, I was reluctant to pay high prices. I decided on this set as it had the right width, was cut to needed length, and had fun colors. (If you have to wear it, why not be fun?)I thought it felt a little thinner than the doctor's brand, but this tape worked just as well as the stuff the doctor put on. My foot healed up nicely, and I've since used it in other areas just as successfully. My daughter took one of the rolls and was happy with it as well. We just make sure to round the corners and rub it well after placing to heat up the adhesive. Then it stays in place for 3 days easily. It might stay longer, but that's about as long as I can go with anything like this before it starts to irritate my skin. However, after some lotion and going without for a couple of hours, I can put this stuff right back and and not irritate the skin more. It's definitely a new staple in my medicine box.
