All returns of climbing holds that have been used more than 30 days will be charged a 50% return fee. Unused Holds: All Returns of unused climbing holds will be charged a 30% re-stocking fee. Returned holds are subject to inspection. If any holds are damaged during return shipping, the original value of each hold will be subtracted from the total refund amount. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
