Tall and thin really works for heating a room quickly and a great help in cold shed as a personal heater on really cold days keeping you heated top to bottom in an office chair rather than just cooking your feet. Bit fiddly to set up the WiFi (have your WiFi password ready to type in fast!), but once it’s done it’s great I can turn on to warm up my shed before I get to work either from home over WiFi or while I’m out on the school run it connects from anywhere. A good rule of thumb is to always check its in a safe position when you leave the room (leaving my office at the end of the day so you know it’s safe to turn on remotely next time) and when you turn on remotely always set the timer for an hour (this is the minimum) as I once forgot I’d turned it on and it ran for 6 hours full blast up in the shed before I remembered as I ended up working from the kitchen that day. Will heat a room from Cold in 15-20mins and even heats our 5.5x3.5m very uninsulated conservatory from Ice on the windows cold to cosy warm in around an hour. Currently being used to dry washing on the indoor racks in record time too cheaper than the tumble drier And doesn’t shrink stuff as it’s gentler.

It looks very modern and stylish with it's metal trim and piano black plastic casing. However the finish close up is not as good as you might think. The metal panels are very thin and I had a small dent in one. The plastic was scratched in places and had glue residue. But this wasn't the main reason I had it replaced. As another reviewer mentioned it made a grinding noise when oscillating that once heard became distracting. The replacement does not do this so far.Performance wise it's very good. On the low setting it's whisper quiet and can easily work quietly next to the TV in the lounge or beside the bed. Even on higher speeds it isn't overly noisy.The 'Smart' features are a little basic. It's relatively easy to set up with both Alexa and Google Home via the app but you are limited to asking your assistant to turn on or off. That's all. So speed and oscillation are not covered. Maybe this will become available in the future.The app acts as a remote control, it works as described but it's no match for a proper remote control. Having to wake the phone and open the app just to change the speed is a bit of a chore.Overall I like the look of the fan and it's performance is good but it's not groundbreaking in functions.

I struggle with headaches from conventional heating (god knows why!) so was looking for a way to heat the room I work in without having to put the central heating on. This is so great, the app is brilliant, it’s a large fan but so sleek and stylish so doesn’t feel bulky. Highly recommend but I know it’s early days so hopefully all remains good with it!

Bought this for a garden room. It’s 13x8 foot and this fan heats the room up really well. I’ve been sat out there in the recent snow and it felt really cosy. It turns off when it reaches temperature ( I had it on a table and it thought it was warmer than reality, and turned off - but when on the floor it is good at assessing the right temperature. My fault! Heat rises!!) it turns back on again when the temp drops. Good remote control and can use app on the phone. In the summer, it worked well as a fan, despite the room being south facing and having almost three walls of glass. It’s no air-con and it won’t cool air down but it’s not meant to, it’s an effective fan that has cooled me down on hot days in my glass box!Design is pretty cool and it is well made and sturdy.

No issue with the fan itself. Decent power & quiet. But the iPhone app functionality is terrible. Despite troubleshooting a bazillion different options, the fan simply will not connect to the app. And having read the reviews, I can see this is the case for so many other people too. Let's hope Princess fix this in future versions.

It looks good but the main reason for buying something like this is for the smart capabilities. Unfortunately, it loses connection to Wi-fi after a few hours and the only way to restore connection is to switch it off and on again at the plug.Customer support was terrible and their last response was ‘The panel heater has issues when connecting with certain mesh networks, specifically the TP-Link Deco mesh-networks can cause connection loss’.I bought the mesh network to see if that resolved the connection issues. The response above is word for word. No apologies or anything helpful to try and resolve the issue. Just ‘it won’t work’.Very poor. However, Amazon were good in processing the return and refund.I would avoid this item. It’s just a very pricey heater

This fan is sleek and stylish in comparison to other bulky fans.The heat is really good and blast heat quickly.Cool air output is really good though I would say that if you want it to be static, where it points is exactly where the air will push out to, with its narrow output you won't get a large air span like you would a bladed fan or ofcourse the more expensive fans.It's not completely silent but it is indeed quieter than bladed fans and again depends on the settings, 1 - 3 is fairly quiet, 4-6 is a woosh sound and 7+ will be louder.You might want to be aware that it takes a few seconds to kick out air as the motor kicks in.This fan DOES work with amazon alexa, upon downloading the app, enabling the skill and connecting the fan to WiFi went well, it dies need some settling time, initially I didnt think it would work smoothly as it appeared to delay, but ive successfully turned it off and off and fan speeds up and down with no issues.Overall a great fan.
