Wince, The Monster of Worry

This is a very nice, high quality stuffed animal. Lots of detail and a great addition to the book.

I almost didn't buy this plush because I felt like $21 was alot. But I'm so glad I did. This blue guy is amazing. Much bigger than expected.

My son loves wince and the book that goes along with him. About a month before he started kindergarten we could tell he was stressing and just unsure of what everyone one was asking if he was excited about starting school. He would start coming to my wife and me with the most absurd worries and what ifs. He had been diognosed with selective mutism when he was around 3 when my 10 year old daughter was undergoing chemotherapy treatments for brain cancer and they were the best of buds and he was hurting watching her go through all of the treatments so we knew that when kindergarten came around it was going to manifest is some way again. After reading him the book and giving him wince to hold on at night and explaining how wince will help keep the worry bug away it has really helped especially at bed time when the worries really start to come.

My 4 year old granddaughter loves the book and the character. I am actually quite tired of reading it to her 😃. I bought two other books from this author and the stiffed dolls that go with them. The drawing are beautiful, and there is always a subtle lesson to teach. The 1 1/2 year old just likes listening to the story and sucking on her "monsters" ear.

Wince was purchased as a companion to the book "Don't Feed the Worry Bug."
