Spot on!
I read some reviews left by other customers that spooked me a bit about missing parts, but I ordered a total of 4 of this size and 5 of a different size (but from the same manufacturer and seller) and couldn’t have been happier - the price was better than Home Depot by 20% or so, free delivery to my home of bulky/heavy stuff, easy to assemble and install, and either they are doing a better job of ensuring everything is in the shipment or I got lucky because there wasn’t a single part missing from all 9 assemblies I received!

No need for the price to double, use to be perfect at 45.00, Also when shipped needs to be reinforced at ends of box!!Shipping company's abuse the crap out of the boxes! Mine was open and parts were missing. Had to go to Home Depot and get them!

Very easy to use. All metal.Was able to adjust to an odd height with ease. Did the job--kept porch roof from sagging while rotted posts were removed one at a time.

Missing parts bad communication by seller
Jack post arrived missing hardware and when trying to contact the company through Amazon returns they have been absolutely no help. Nice item if you actually get all of the hardware for them though. More of a negative review against this seller!!

great. works.
did the job. I needed to swap out my patio roof pillars. The hight was short, so i got a 4x4 a few feet tall and put this pole ontop and it met my height needs.
