Good product
Works great. Good product. From Braun. Authentic. Very easy to remove hair on the face and does not hurt as much if u steam before u epilate. The battery inside is kinda dead though. No worries because I have my own and it came with an extra battery too.

Pretty useless
Doesn't pull the hair. Have to go over and over and still doesnt do the job properly. Surface is so small it will take ages to do your face with this

Didn't pull hair from roots, and caused lots of breakup in skin and new pimples that I never had before

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
It worked well for 2 months only!!! After that it only rotates one way and then it just doesn’t rotate at all!!!
