Good Chinese product
product was delivered on time and inside the box I have found everything needed.Installation is pretty simple and straightforward if you have some hand-on experience.Included in the box: Ionizing water filter, connection tee with isolation valve for the 4mm water hose, 2 different length hoses, 3 elbows.Remote control holder have two 3M doubleside tape which was very good and avoid drilling holes on the walls. Remote control have 2 AAA batteries included and is having magnet on the back to keep it on the support. Power cable have a Schucko plug which is standard for European market but unusual for UAE market. I bought a on the wall power socket compatible with this one and no headache at all. Also it have the electric leakage protection on the power cord which is perfect for bathrooms.Only one drawback: Manual is in Chinese only, not in English. :(Paid little bit extra for same day delivery but it was worth it. Tracking of the parcel was ok, but courier just brought it at home without calling earlier. On tracking site it was not showing a certain time when it will be delivered, only that it will be delivered till 9PM. It was delivered around 7PM so good job for the courier.As a conclusion, everything was as per description and from 2 days ago is working fine.I gave it a 5 star rating even with the manual in Chinese.

Not suitable for standard size toilet
It doesn’t fit unfortunately. Although the unit functionality is very good, the size doesn’t fit the standard size of toilet. Looks odd on my toilet.
