Consider buying this over a sata 3 SSD. I bought this to be used with my old board without an m.2 slot using an adapter. It works perfectly and the speed is amazing for the price. Much faster than the most high end sata ssd of course. If you are looking for the best nvme and you’re on a tight budget, this product is a no brainer. Kudos to the seller! Highly recommended!

Perfect speed and quality

It's a low cost nvme with good read speed, I was able to reach the advertised speed, I got 2084MB/s Read and 1550MB/s Write for large files using m.2 to Pcie adapter. I was able to boot Windows 10 Pro from it by flashing a modded bios.Cons:- It uses TLC Nand which has lower reliability and lifecycle than MLC.- There's no driver released by Lexar, you have to use generic driver.- There is no firmware update available if you are out of United States.- There's no data migration software or cloning tool included.- It gets really hot on light usage, you have to apply thermal paste/pad and install a heatsink, during my tests, I noticed half read speed due to heat.If your budget is really tight and you need better performance than Sata ssd/disks, go for it, otherwise buy a MLC/SLC nvme for much faster read/write and better reliability.
