The media could not be loaded.  I'll start with the good: Nice vacuum. Doesn't do deep cleaning but, it does pick up a lot of dust and dog hair. I recommend cleaning the dust/dirt bin after every vacuum. It's not loud at all. I think you'll be able to hear how quiet it is in the video I posted. I tested it out yesterday, after it came. Just did a little cleaning just to see how well it worked. Then I let it charge up overnight. Did an Auto start up this morning. It really is good at covering the areas more than once. I didn't get the small cleaning brush but that's okay. I'd probably lose it. It does come with two extra sweeping brushes. It does do great on going onto throw rugs. And does great with going from tile/wood floors to carpeting. I don't have stairs so I can't say how good the sensor is on stopping it from falling.Now for the bad: Took everything out of the box and downloaded the needed app. Everything was going fine until I discovered that you have to have 2.4ghz WiFi and not 5ghz. With our comcast router, there is no way we can easily just switch back and forth. What we had to do was turn off the 5ghz option. I would think that they'd be making these WiFi items with the more updated options. We did try to connect the vacuum with the 2.4ghz then turned the router back to 5ghz. Didn't work. The vacuum is working but now my homes WiFi isn't as good as it should be. Would have been nice to have a manual remote so I didn't have to rely on the phone app to work this. The next thing I noticed is that there are NO instructions on how to use the mopping option. I have the part. Snap out the dust collector and put in the mopping part. But, I have no idea what to put in it. Where to put the water or cleaning fluid. How to clean it out..etc. I'll have to go to their website and see if I can find anything about it. If not then the mopping part, which I wanted, is useless to me. This vacuum is a little taller than I thought it would be. It gets stuck on the underside of my couch. The side of the couch, not the front of it. Had to rescue it and then put something there so it won't get stuck again. I did post pictures of what commands you can have this vacuum do. The last issue is the language. It's so hard to understand what it's saying. At first it starts with Chinese language. Changed it over to English and you get a person speaking English but with a heavy Chinese accent.Can make out a few words but I have to really listen to understand a little of it.Was going to only give this 3 stars because of not having any instructions at all with the mopping part. But, I do think this is a nice robot vacuum. Has a lot of issues with their document writings, updating the vacuum so it can be used with todays WiFi usage, and a few other things.

So I will say that when this thing does sweep, it does a good job. Each of the brush attachments has 3 brushes instead of just 1 like the Sharp Robot vacuums does. So it makes it vey efficient in terms of catching more debris on the floor. HOWEVER, when you initially plug it in and it begins to speak, it sounds like it's all in Japanese. But I have a feeling it's actually Chinese. So you can't necessarily understand what it's trying to tell you unless you speak the language. It works pretty good and does faster than my sharp robot vacuums but it does struggle on carpets with long fibers. You may find that a bit discouraging. Whenever I attach the mop attachment, it seems to give some sort of error and doesn't work. It starts up as if it's going to move and then says something and returns back to the dock. There is nothing in the instruction booklet that even remotely mentions the mop, it doesn't even say that the mop attachment is one of the parts and it doesn't give any instructions on how to use the mop (if it even acknowledged that the mop was there). So I could not use that feature unfortunately.It is easy to empty the bin and it isn't a huge sweeper. I never even attempted to set up the app. Maybe that's the missing link to getting the mop to work. However, when it only speaks a foreign language to an English speaker, there's no way to set uptake wifi to connect to the thing to change the language. I don't know what to think. I can say that it's a good sweeper though, if that's what you're looking for.

Lasted for 5 months.No idea how to reset. Spills water and doesn’t want to go clean the room. Returns to dock in 10 seconds.Going to trash.

Cleans very well, just doesn’t speak English very well. But it does what it’s made for.

I havent been able to configure with Alexa, the language. No remote control, i havent been able to switch the language. Not working anymore.

you should just see how clean my house is after this robot vacuumed and mopped my entire house!!! no work by me! if anyone is considering buying one buy this one it is top quality!!I saw some people complaining about the language problem but its possible to change it by going on the app!!also someone said they dont understand it even after they switched that also doesnt matter because all its saying is either -start work now which means its starting to vacuum, or mopping mode which means its starting to mop, or going to charge, it also says have a rest when you turn it off

Nifty vacuum that does it's job. Noticed one of the other reviews mention 2.4Ghz, which shouldn't be a problem and it makes sense they went with 2.4Ghz as it has a better range than 5Ghz. Setting up the vacuum wasn't too difficult and I was ready to go in no time.While it doesn't do deep cleaning, it's nice to have around the house to pick up dust, dirt and hair. Overall, the vacuum is great for the price and I do recommend it .

No cleaning brush and no filter combination, both should have been included!
