Great size perfect for 1 or 2 person slow cooking. Or more if your small eaters!Shame it doesn’t have a timer, but for the price it’s perfect

On the high heat option it takes 10 hours to finish cooking… I would expect that from the low heat option not high heat. I don’t like to leave it overnight or unattended as it is a potential fire hazard so I’m not a fan of this one.

Amazing look as well as delivery service- but you need more than 3 hours to prepare your food. Don’t go for it please other you have to waste your time returning and replacing.

I dont find any option to return the product and use the two years warranty.need help.

Do not buy this product the ceramic pot is faulty & it broke after 2nd time using - just I had read the other reviews before buying!!

Used it only twice and the ceramic bowl is all crackedVery disappointed with my put have cant even return itDONT BUY!

First time I used it the ceramic pot cracked and the bottom fell out. Appalling!!

Great for cooking mediterranean cuisine. I'm a vegetarian and I know slow cookers are praised for cooking meat tender. wasn't sure how well it would work for non-meat dishes, but I find it works great. I use it to make curries, guvec, mirza ghasemi, vegetable lasagne filling, chilli and soups.Pros:- Really convenient way to cook, much less washing up! Just throw in ingredients and leave it on.- This 3.5L is a great size for 2 people; filled about halfway it is the perfect amount for 2, or fill it completely up and have spare servings for another day.- The ceramic dish inside is well glazed so cleaning it is really easy.Minor cons to consider:- the ceramic dish is quite heavy to hold when cleaning.- It doesn't have a timer to set for when it should turn on/off, but most slow cookers don't and you can buy a timer device for the socket.- Takes up counter space, so obviously not too practical for small kitchens, but you should be aware of this when buying.- The power cord is quite short (like 1 foot long). This isn't a problem for me personally though.There isn't really much else to say! Just a tip if you haven't used a slow-cooker before: don't add a lot of water. Not much moisture is lost during cooking, so you will not been to add as much water, especially if you use a lot of fresh vegetables.Great product.

Desconocia la concina a baja temperatura y las ollas de cocción lenta. Yo tengo la que tiene la cacuela de ceramica, actualmente Russell Hobbs ha sacado otra de aluminio que desconozco. La de cerámica la recomiendo sin ninguna duda. Hace las legumbres, las verduras y las carnes exquisitas. Y la puedes meter en el lavaplatos.

I purchased this Russel Hobbs slow cooker for myself - my parents had one growing up and I loved making stews, chili and various casseroles in it. When I saw this at £17.00 I felt it was an amazing deal. I can make tea for my husband son and I, have it slow cook all day and then all of us have a nice stress free evening meal. The last thing I want to be doing is coming home from work to make a large meal for us all. We only fill about half of the slow cooker and often have rice or baked potato to go with it and it leaves left overs for the 3 of us. It looks nice and as it is black and chrome I think would fit with most kitchen decor. This is small enough that I can tuck it away on top of a shelf when we are not using it. It cooks evenly and cleans up easily. It is very very easy to use and also comes with some basic recipes in the instructions - mostly soups and stews, but a good little starter example of meals that work well in the slow cooker. I would highly recommend to someone looking for a small, reasonably priced slow cooker that could easily feed 4-6 people in my opinion. So happy with my purchase!

Great cooking medium to possess. Saves time and effort in the kitchen. Less of frying and more of healthy cooking.

After many years thinking about it, we took the plunge and bought a slow cooker. My first attempt at a casserole was not good as I hadn't read the instructions carefully enough and didn't preheat the pot. After this my wife took over and has produced some fantastic meals. It is very easy to use, simple to operate and meals need very little prep other than the time to cook. Cheap cuts of meat come out with fantastic flavour and melt in the mouth texture. We should have got one years ago. We use it two or three times a week. Great product.
