Keep in mind that the best form of weight control is frequently good, balanced, properly-sized meals and exercise. This stuff doesn't do anything. I'm type two. I monitor my glucose with a cgm on my arm and log my readings and didn't see any change.

This is an affordable alternative to the more expensive carb blockers. I have no proof this works as I didn’t lose weight but it did seem to slow down the gain. To be fair, I think I have a hormone problem causing weight gain so I can’t say for sure this isn’t working as I honestly think it helps . I would reccomend buying this before one of the $30 carb blockers at Walgreens.

After a sudden illness, my blood glucose levels were elevated and I had to start monitoring. I purchased this to help keep my sugar levels even throughout the day. It appears to be working, as my levels are staying normal when I take a CBlock caplet before eating carbohydrates. Of course I'm also being very stringent by eating small portions and sticking to carbohydrates with a low glycemic index, so I'm not really testing CBlock to its fullest potential. Amazon's price is the lowest I've found.

Not sure if this has done anything do not think I will be ordering again.

Well, this product has had an affect upon my weight. I have lost 2 pounds on the week's I have taken the pills. Recommend this product along with the Keto diet for the most effective results.
