Stand out recipes are as followsCheese casserole with crushed saltine crackers as a main ingredient and sliced canned mushrooms both mixed inTomato bake with undrained canned tomatoes b. I loved the history attached to food and individuals. I purchased for my grandson and two others - they were excited to receive the book.

I have made several of the dishes that my family enjoyed and I liked the personal comments by folks sharing their experiences and observations.
