Withstand battery for 1 hr in standard mode and 40 min in max mode. Very low profile 75mm ht only hence it can go under TV stand even the expensive robots can't . Cost effective solution. Easy cleaning of filters, mops, brushes. Edge cleaning is goodCons1. Room maps generation feature is not available.2. Struggles to return back to charging station if located in different room3. Can't handle carpets, cables4. Got struck in door sills.5. More charging time. it takes 5 hrs from 0 to 100 %6. Can't handle dark floors, space7. Room wise cleaning is not possible8. Neutral - was not satisfied with product features/results, but great customer service follow up
Product functionality:The product was efficient to reach and every nook and corner / under furniture pieces, given the small height - that was a wonder and something we had not imaged it could pull off, and areas even we would not consider cleaning on a regular basis.G10 has gyroscopic floor mapping - which is not a superior technology.The RoboVac was often lost, leaving areas uncleaned, at times it went back to the same room / area which was already covered once, (in the 4 usages) vacuum returned to base station only once when battery was down, taken too long a time to recharge and failure to resume cleaning from the spot it cleaned last.Live / customer support - UAE number is not currently updated on the mobile app (Anker confirms they have raised the change and this will be available in next release) so did not get immediate support for troubleshooting assistance, but Anker was very very supportive through email correspondence when I raised the issues faced. For on the spot assistance, only bot chat (so standard troubleshooting solutions) is currently on offer, or international numbers.Must say, great customer service / follow up, and they were up-front to advise on the limitations that we faced to our expectations.

Value for money/Good customer support service
Eufy G10 hybrid is a good product. Value for money. Unfortunately I returned it because it’s gyroscopic based sensor was not smart enough to clean my house in one go. Sometimes it will get stuck at the same place and I have to take it back to the charging station. The battery will last for 90 minutes, but it was not sufficient to clean my apartment(1400 sqft). Again it will take 5 hours to recharge. I returned the product after using it for 2 days, refund was credited 2-3 days after they received the return. I suggest this robovac for apartments without complicated layout. Edit 1: Anker after sales service is awesome, i received follow up call from the customer support team to understand the issues.

Cleans good, learns quick, fantastic customer service
I bought it because it has high score. It is cleaning well. Learns quickly. I have 1100sqft and it can clean all with one charge. I am very happy that I bought this product, made my life easier. A couple of times it lost its way back home, but then learned quickly. The customer service is great, they are always asking how my satisfaction is. There is no heat map in the application, that's something I would like to have soon, and hopefully, they will develop it.------This is my update after using the machine more than 1 month. If I had the chance, I wouldn't buy it. Since it can not handle living room, I put it in bedroom. There is no carpet, no nothing, just bed and it still confuses. The chance of finding home back %20. And usually I stop it because it wants to clean 65 minutes for a 14squaremeters room. So it starts at 0800 in the morning, I stop it 0845 and carry it back home. I like the brand, and customer care is good, but the product is not.

Handy device for cleaning of Offices / Homes
It's very simple to operate, clean and maintain. Connect it to your WiFi and your Mobile App. & and you can choose Auto mode or Manually select Spot cleaning. I have paired this to my Google Home and I can Comand Eufy with Voice commands over my Android smartphone. Being spherical and small, this can easily go under the furniture and vaccums the unreachable spots with great ease.

I would recommend this product for those, who want to have a sweeping and mopping robo, that does not take up learning time - My mom can use this (she is over 70). Unlike other robos, this one can easily adapt to any room,( I have used one in the past, that will take a lot of time in learning the contours of the room).I got in touch with the customer support([email protected]) to inquire if they have spare parts and service for the product in UAE, and i got a well engaged and supportive response from the customer care, that made me a fan of this product instantly.Thank you Amazon for delivering it in 24 hours, espescially in these times where we are not able to engage domestic help.

Battery's problem in about 1 year
Good day,I have a problem with my RoboVac. I think the battery is is dead. Charging is no more possible.As i bought it about 1 year ago, i purchased an 1 extra Guarantee's extension.How should I proceed?Regards

Get the 15C MAX and a mop instead
I bought the 15C MAX for my parents last year and loved it. I never use the app or automatic cleaning functions, just the excellent remote. It is easy to control with up, down, left and right, and has easy change of 3 suction powers, as well as an excellent feature which goes along edges.This G10 Hybrid looks like the same model but with a mopping function, which I wanted, so had no hesitation in buying it. It does not come with a remote and whilst there is a version of a 'manual remote' on the app, it is awful. It just has a forward button, which unlike the 15C does not go continuously forward and you have to keep your finger on it. The anti-clockwise and clockwise buttons do not always respond and when they do never seem to let you turn it the right amount of degrees. I ordered the 15C remote from eBay, and whilst this does work, it still has the same terrible control or lack thereof. You aren’t able to change suction power and it doesn’t have the excellent function that follows the edges of the room. Again, it won’t go continually forward unless you keep ‘forward’ pressed.The auto cleaning does seem to be decent but takes a long time and you can't really redirect it where you want. I had thought about spending the extra money to get one with mapping but when I have the decent remote, I don't need this. The mop is decent and gives a nice clean, without removing more stubborn marks.To summarise, if you want to a robot vacuum that you want to leave alone to clean, pay the extra and get one with mapping. If you want to point your robot vacuum quickly and easily around the room then get the 15C Max. I think I paid an about £10 or £20 more for this and for essentially just having a damp cloth going over your floor and that is too hard to control with the app's manual remote, I am struggling to see how anyone should go for the option of the G10. Very disappointing as I am a huge fan of the 15C and it would have been so easy just to have the G10 as the same but just with the mop added.

Very hard review to write!!
This is a real tough review to write as we really liked the vacuum!!!Good points, easy to set up and cleans wonderfully, you really could replace your normal vacuum as it quietly works around you. Really great to be honest and if it wasn't for the grumble below, its a 5* machine as it feels super high quality. If you have a square/rectangle room and lift chairs for it etc, this is an amazing bit of kit. The app is excellent and it integrates into Alexa easily.So why not 5*?We had to return ours as not once was it able to find its way home for a recharge, it would always have to be carried back or it would just stop with an error. The reason behind this I think, is that there is no mapping ability. This means that if it hits a chair leg or something else, it confuses the machine and it loses its bearings. The lack of mapping also means that it's hard to isolate a cleaning area, again, if you have a square room this is not an issue.Bottom line, amazing quality but lack of mapping loses it a couple of stars and we returned it. If you have a square room with no obstacles, buy it today as it would be amazing.

Really great low cost hoover, less good at mopping
While there are a few niggles, I'd like it to be clear I recommend this.We live in a 50 Sqm one bedroom flat with exclusively hard floors. I never hoover enough, even though I have a cordless hoover and I felt having a second device to do a regular daily clean up would help keep the flat presentable. We used to have a robot mop however this was fiddly and didn't have a scheduler so it didn't get used enough.The device is larger then I thought it would be, however this does mean that it only has to be emptied a few times a week. It's lower then other devices that I looked at and is able to clean in areas that our other device couldn't reach.Setting it up was easy, the instructions said that the charging base needs to have six feet of clear space on either side. Which I don't have living in a one bed flat, however I keep the charing base under a book case so I don't have to look at it. It still finds its way back about 80% of the time, sometimes it gets lost, or trapped. One time it closed the bathroom door and got stuck.I don't have Amazon Alexa, but I do have a google home and it works really well with that.The battery life is excellent so far, it's able to clean the whole flat without needing to go back to the base. It does seem to to clean the flat in a more ordered way then our old device, which I think makes it quicker.I'd intended to have this clean the flat while we were out at work, however as we're now in Lockdown it cleans the living room/kitchen at five in the morning and it doesn't wake us up. So the sound isn't loud, however it would be irritating to be in the same room while it cleaned. But that's the same with any hoover.The mopping feature isn't great, I wouldn't really call it mopping it's more a finishing function on the hoover. The tank just drips water on to a microfibre cloth that the Robovac drags around while hoovering. The manual states that this shouldn't be done unattended, which for me sort of misses the point of the device. It would be good if you could have it mop without hoovering in the app, however this doesn't seem to be possible. It will only mop whilst also hoovering. So after the first try we've just stopped using it.
