Some reviewers led me to believe this pillow might be too firm to provide restful sleep. I tried it out - and found it is perfect for me. I had several cervical disks fused a few years ago, and have had problems with pillows not supporting my head when sleeping on my side. This pillow (queen size) gives me the support I need. My sleep is much improved now - it was worth taking a chance on how firm it turned out to be.

Thankfully the package I received did not appear to have any mold and had I saw those reviews I would not have purchased this pillow in the first place. I waited 4 days for the pillow to decompress from the shipping. All the corners were misshapen and hard like the pillow had been exposed to extreme heat. The cotton cover was nice but the pillow never regained its stated dimensions and latex should spring back immediately from compression. Also grateful for the hassle free return. I do not recommend this pillow.

Great for sitting up to watch tv in bed but too firm for sleeping on

Great pillow except way too firm or the loft height is too high. Im trying to ask the company to recommend one that is less firm, but I dont know how to ask. Please send me the link for a less firm one and ill remove this review. Thanks

We ordered 2 of these to replace some older latex pillows. One of the 2 had black mildew inside the package, so we never even opened it. The other one took over a week to mostly recover from being vacuum packed, and when we were finally able to test it, it was hard as a rock. Our old pillows were a different brand and firm, so we ordered these in firm also but it definitely wasn't the same. All in all, not a great experience. We ended up returning both for a refund.

This pillow was a dream come true for me. The comfort level and firmness are perfect, and there was no smell to the pillow. I will buy again from this vendor. Love my new pillow!

I ordered and received two pillows. One was sealed perfectly. The second had been cut open and apparently used before and returned. It was then sent on to me. I opened the unsealed one put it on an open rack in another room to air out for three days. The rubber smell never dissipated. It was as hard as a rock with no give whatsoever. I’ve had foam pillows my whole life. I love them because they’re soft and odor free. Not these. Save your time and money. I returned both.
