It worked for me and helped me avoid surgery. You must use it consistently and follow the directions.

Don't get your hopes up about this product. You pay over a hundred bucks and all you get is two syringes, some balloons, Q-tips, a wooden stick and some oils/soaps.This product is nothing short of a joke and not worth wasting your money on.

it is easy to follow instructions, gentle to use and the longer you keep it there the better but once it starts to feel uncomfortable you can remove it
