It sounds better than the other device.
This is a birthday present for my love and he loves it so much. The sound is clearer and better than the other Bluetooth device he previously bought. He loves the clip at the back of the shirt to avoid slipping off. So far it is so great. It's kinda hassled in turning on the Bose app but this app helps to have better quality in listening to music and taking phone calls. We also like the fact that it charges faster than the usual. We love the product. ♥ Thank you, Bose and Amazon for the quality product.♥ One side comment, it hurts to ears for long hours of use hehe but overall it's a great product. Ü

The best in tyhe market for exercise
I have tried all the cheaper versions of sport headphones and always go back to BOSE - a little more expensive than others but always the best - my previous pair were stolen and after trying others which didnt last I have returned to BOSE!

Product gave up after three weeks; support VERY POOR!
I purchased the Bose SoundSport Wireless Earbuds and after 3 weeks the buttons already gave up.I cannot even turn the unit off.When calling the support on a Tuesday at 16:50 you only get a message that they are closed and the message ends. As per website they are available from Mon-Sat until 17:30. Are they already out of business?Do not expect a premium product since you will be VERY DISAPPOINTED about the the product and the (non-existent) after-sales-support!
