Long time ketogenic diet and intermittent faster. There is a lot of information out there both for and against exogenous ketones. Not a scientist so I cannot speak to the details but I can unbiasly review this product after a first time use.This was shipped pretty quickly. Bulk is very worth it. Shipped some Maca with it as well so it came in same package which saved me some money. Make sure u let the powder settle in the pouch before u open the top . U dont want any to waste. I tried a quarter of a tea spoon. Current state is one day of eating very low carb. Took this after a lil while after a meal (meatballs) Usually takes me 2 days to get back into ketosis. Upon taking the first dose I was skeptical and felt nothing for about 15 mins . Then after a while I began to feel it in increasing increments.It does feel like ketones. Its a bit more of a sythentic feel as opposed to when u naturally enter ketosis. I bought this for two reasons. Mainly to help me deal with adapting into ketosis and to help with energy during fasts. So far I am about 6 hours in and its doing an amazing job at both. It has that nice clean energy feel like you are running on a finely tuned engine. From what I have read , the people dropping bad reviews often try to use this as a weight loss fix all which nothing is. I can definitely see how this product will be super helpful when used with diet and/or exercize responsibly.Good value, good product, good company, good shipping.

To those who couldn't handle this stuff: get a scale. This is why we can't have nice things. You do a teaspoon thinking that's conservative & wind up feeling icky because you've overdosed. Then the brand reads all your crap reviews and weakens the product OR nobody buys it and it's discontinued for lack of sales.It works for me. Gives me a nice little boost and even smells faintly of raspberries. Taste is neutral.

I couldn't find a lot of information about the dosage of this product, it just arrived in a bulk powder like substance with no dosage instructions, just said 1200 Mil per day. The first day I tried 1/2 teaspoon, I didn't not feel anything but my ketones went from .5 to 1.0 the next day. Second day I took about a full teaspoon and about 15 minutes later, I suddenly felt so dizzy and nauseous and started sweating profusely I didn't know what was going on. After about an hour I felt a lot better but I know I'm going to cut back to about 3/4 teaspoon and see what happens. Also it isn't good in coffee....I added it to some Ultima the second time with some warm water and drank it that way. Much improved the taste. My ketones were up the next day to 1.4 so I know it works, just be very cautious.

I love this product. I use a ketone breathalyzer in the morning to check my ketone level. When starting the keto diet, I used this supplement to get me into ketosis faster. I took 1/4 tsp in the evening and it only took two days to get me into ketosis. Now, I only need to supplement if my ketones are low (1 or below), which hasn't happened yet. However, it is great to know I have this product on hand in case I need it for returning to a state of ketosis. The best way that I have found to take this product is in a spoonful of yogurt, a smoothie or in something creamy as it does not dissolve in water well. Since starting the keto diet I am down 5lbs.

This stuff is essential to those following a keto of low carb diet as it aides in energy levels as well as the process of breaking down fat into usable energy. I mix mine with water.in the morning. I take it as an IQ booster. I take 1 teaspoon with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil as needed. For those who don't know chemistry and who are trying to dissolve it: It's a non polar molecule. You can dissolve it in warm coconut oil. Then take it with something acidic and you wont notice the taste. Works really well.

Not sure if the heat changed changed the chemical makeup of this product or not, but I was under the impression I was ordering 100% pure raspberry ketones. If so, the product should have had a very natural and noticeable raspberry smell to them.My package does not, which leads me to believe this is some sort of synthetic off brand.I tried to use this powder a few times by adding it into my protein shakes, or mixing it in with pre-work out drink mix. Every time I could taste some sort of substance with a weird texture to it that resulted in upsetting my stomach and adding a little heat to it as well about 15-20 min later.After a week of trying this, I decided to stop using it, as it shouldn't be causing these issues or add this weird texture to my drink. I am using special small plastic scoops to properly measure out the product and use recommendation.I need to find the right seller that actually makes and provides 100% PURE NATURAL raspberry ketones or if they are synthetic, a proper kind and in capsule form. I had good results using a different brand a few years ago, but for the life of me can't remember the name of that brand, otherwise I would have gone back to that seller direct.
